Jollibeeeeeeee happy! I have always had great service and great food. My daughter loves to get the spaghetti and the chicken, and I like to get the burger steak. This place is very popular and it can get busy, but 15 – 20 minutes tops. Love it here, I’ll always be a customer.

This was my first experience at Jollibee. It Saturday around noon. I got a cheeseburger and fries and soda. It was pretty cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. The fries are hard, cold, old and ½ burnt. The hamburger, if you can call it a hamburger, is disgusting. It is like a little salty piece of thing. It is do small I couldn’t even find it at first. I had to throw it all away. Disgusting, i go back again.

This place just goes downhill. It seems every time I visit they never seem to have complete stock of everything I want. Something in my order always seems to be «not available.» Also, they need a little bell in the front because sometimes the cashiers like to wander and customers are standing around waiting to order. I now officially hate coming here, the horrible experience is only further amplified because I’ve gotten great service from US based Jollibees in LA. This location is pathetic.

The service is horrendous. It is extremely slow and we waited for 20 mins just to get the wrong order. I asked for chicken thighs and we got legs. This Filipino food chain is a disgrace. I am expecting for this chain to close soon unless they change the people who works there. Honestly, DONOT go here, ITSNOTWORTHYOURTIME&MONEY. If you want Filipino food, go somewhere else. I would like to give this place zero if I could. Chicken tastes mediocre, and its a very small portion. The chicken leg is also dry, how could you mess that up. Plus you can ask your Filipino mom to make the spaghetti for you, and it will taste alot better.

As good as any Jollibee in the Philippines. Definitely a place to go to if you miss Filipino fast food. Experience would be so much better if they have cleaner facilities. The place looks run down and they need to do a heavy field day on their space. I did notice an employee cleaning the trays and tables with a damp rag that they leave hanging by the trash can.

Drive through service is always prompt. But, they never have the chicken strips. Either not available or there is always a 20 minute wait. I don’t often go here, but the times that I have, it seems that they only have certain items on their menu that are ready

As expected: Service is on insert-any-ethnicity-here Time! LOL in this case, Filipino Time! But honestly, from ordering at the counter to actually getting the food, actual time was 12 minutes! Serious I timed it! I find it odd that you’re given a pager after ordering because the vicinity is NOTTHATBIG! I guess it eliminates shouting out a number?! Whatever the reason, if you’re used to and/or even open to Filipino versions of popular delicacies, then you’re at the right place! Filipino spaghetti is pretty sweet, has hot dog slices, and non-Italian cheese! The fried chicken is very simple and pairs well with the jollibee gravy: D There’s something on the menu for everyone, but you just gotta test it out to see if you like it! My faves: –Chicken Joy FOELYFE! :D -(McDonalds looking) Pies! –Spaghetti and the chicken combo –all the sandwiches especially corned beef!(I’m not a fan of the burgers though: P) –YUMMYBREAKFASTITEMS! — mmmm and the boba drinks and Halo-Halo!

Worst customer experience! This is my 2nd bad review for jollibee. Went to the drive through today and guess what i was told? 30 min wait for chicken. Really? Isnt that your specialty? This happens more often here than it should. Being in the mood for chicken joy, i said sure, that fine. Then the girl must have just walk away, because i end up sitting in my car with no response. After feeling dumb after making several to get service, by saying«hello you still there?» And such, i gave up. Unfortunately my car is position in a difficult spot to even attempt to back out the drive thru being that there’s a car waiting for their food in front of me. After about ten minutes of waiting, im finally able to leave this awful situation and service. Im noticed a few jollibee locations closed. Now i understand even more with this continued disappointment why that is.

Spent $ 15 and got a bunch of mess. Chicken tasted old and dry, corned beef was meh, burger was burnt on the edges, lemonade had a funny taste, hot dog looked like it had been sitting out all day(grayish color). Best item was, by far, the fries. Now, if that’s you’re best item after you have spent $ 15, you’ve struck out. Just pass on this place.

Jollibee has been my all time favorite fast-food restaurant growing up in the Philippines. Whenever I go on vacation, Jollibee is on my list of restaurants to visit. When the Jollibee in Mira Mesa closed, it made me sad. I was probably one of their frequent customer, I visited at least 2 times a week. I have to drive 20 – 30 minutes to visit the National City Branch just to enjoy my favorite Chickenjoy. This place can get busy and there’s not a lot of seating is available. There was a few times I had to wait to be seated. Their staff eats and takes their breaks in the dining area, I get that they do not have a break room. There had been a few times I waited for a Jollibee staff member to finish eating to be seated. I think the company needs to provide their employees a break room to open up seating for paying customers. The quality and taste is different from the quality you would get in Jollibee Philippines. It’s not bad, it’s just different. if you compare the presentation and taste.

Tocilog was good, tocino was actually tender compared to other filipino breakfast joints in town, the corned beef pandesal sandwich was just ok, needed more corned beef but sauce was nice. My daughter loved her pineapple juice I’m sure we’ll be back to get our Jollibee fix, maybe lunch or dinner next time

I wish i could give negative 10 stars or more. Got off work starving. Went straight to the drive thru hoping that it would be faster. I ordered a bucket of fried chicken. But when i got to the window they asked me if i could wait 20 minutes. So, okay. Twenty minutes shouldn’t be that long. 40 minutes later… after three people came out(with two buckets of chicken each). I decided to walk inside and ask for my bucket. When i got inside & after asking the server for my order, the server said that they were sorry and that they were too busy. What the heck is your drive thru for? Could’ve told me to walk in for my order instead of having me wait for almost an hour! Cristina Tan, the manager. I wish you could read this since I can’t get a hold of you after calling consecutive times. Hire more people!

So today no taco Tuesday no phở soup but Craving for Filipino foodie and the answer is Jollibee. So thankful that we have jollibee here is US. I think they have branches in ChulaVista, MiraMesa and of course National city. Jollibee is the largest fast food chain in the Philippines. Dinner tonight got the bucket treat #2 comes with a bucket of Crispy fried chicken-joy 7pc and sweet spaghetti family combo good for 4 – 5 people. Also comes with banana jackfruit pie(like turon). Happy Tummy and thanks to their drive-thru service I didn’t get wet from the rain. soif you want to Filipino food they have burgers, Filipino breakfast and desserts(halo-halo) yummy!

Always a great time here. Brings back some child hood memories from where Jolibee originated which was in the Philippines! Great go-to fried chicken! And the Joli-hotdog is a must try if you’ve never had it before!

So I very rarely eat at Filipino fast food chains, but randomly decided to get breakfast with the family while at Seafood City. I ordered the Tapa breakfast meal(which also included rice, egg, and tomato). The tapa itself were a bit fatty, but the flavor was okay… I didn’t care much for the rice(I much prefer my mother’s garlic fried rice!)… And the egg was pre-cooked and a bit overcooked… I also ordered an ube shake. It was okay, but you might as well get a drink from TapEx next door. Their sweet potato fries are pretty good tho!.. So yea, hit up jollibees if you’re looking for a quick Filipino breakfast, but it’s nothing like home cooked!

Wish the one in Mira Mesa didn’t close down; this is the closest one to us now! Spaghetti is awesome here and the drive thru was really fast. I didn’t go inside, but the 4-car line moved quickly and the staff was attentive and polite. Food = nostalgia.

Jollibee; the fast-food of the Philippines. One of my favorite places to get chicken joy(fried chicken) w/their yummy gravy. I’ve been here a few times and this time decided to come via the drive-thru. Service: there were 2 cars ahead of me via drive-thru. i was thinking it would be quick but i was wrong. i should of went inside to order. it literally took 15mins to get out of there. although friendly. Food: ordered the«Bucket Treat A» which comes with 6 pieces of chicken joy, choice rice or mashed potatoes(ordered half and half), and 3 peach mango fried pies. –chicken joy: crispy fried juicy chicken. was still crispy bringing it home. was on point. –mashed potatoes: was okay. i prefer KFC’s or Popeyes. — Pancit Palabok: small portion. quality; you can find much better somewhere else. Dessert: Peach Mango Pies(fried): the best. I would think this treat would be super sweet but a must try. Just the right amount of sweetness. will satisfy your craving and complete your meal. I have tried their halo-halo and it is pretty good too. Overall: 3 stars cause of drive-thru service but their fried chicken truly brings the joy and peach mango pies are the perfect dessert. i’m a fan.

I love Jollibee I do, but their customer service is beyond SLOW! I get that we came here on a weekend. However, I feel that they need to work out a better system when customers order. Drive thru is always long here, why? Maybe the reason to that is their SLOW service. We NEVER order much when we decide to dine at Jollibee as well. Our dine in order would only consist of two spaghettis with chicken, two drinks, and two peach mango pie. Not much right? It took 20min if not more just for our order. I do appreciate that their bathroom is actually clean and so is the dining area; at least the day we went. I also LOVE their spaghetti, the spaghetti is always on point for me. The chicken and burgers? Eh not so much. Btw, the chicken was off. Like something did NOT taste right when I was eating it, the smell of the chicken was off too. I got scared that I might get sick so I didn’t eat the rest. It’s 50⁄50 when you order here, either it’s really good with good customer service or it is just that bad.

It’s unfortunate that this place has 3 stars and that the Mira Mesa location shut down. I on the other hand LOVEJOLLIBEES. I always get spaghetti and chicken. The spaghetti is perfectly cooked and the chicken is cooked to a crisp.
