I ordered two western burgers(they were 2 for $ 6) and one spicy chicken sandwich. They gave me one western burger and two spicy chicken sandwiches. Seriously? How do you get that order wrong when there’s literally a goddamn sign advertising two goddamn sandwiches(none of which are spicy chicken) for six goddamn dollars? The sign doesn’t goddamn say two spicy chicken sandwiches for $ 6.

Wow, I got a burnt burger. So way overdone it actually had black chunks that were gritty and caused the whole think to just taste like charcoal. I went back in and they told me they only have them that way but they are changing a lot of the equipment. They are unable to sell them unburnt as it is done in a machine. I witnessed several other people get burnt ones too.

This morning’s order will be the last time I’m buying anything from this location. It was around 9:58am, I ordered 4 sausage and egg biscuit through the drive-thru. When I got home, 1 of the sandwich got a clump of black hair in between the egg and sausage. It looks like it didn’t just fell onto the sandwich because somebody didn’t wear a hairnet, but looks like it was placed it there. Other times I have wasn’t able to write a review and just let it go but after this morning, that’s it. 1 time we added a double western burger to our order and paid for it, got home, there was no double western burger. I’m the one who orders their grill chicken salad almost everyday with two ranch dressing. I was told 1 time by a female dressed in black(might be a shift leader) that the salad is pre-made so that will be the last time they will warm up the chicken for me. Other times, another female in black with lighter skin handling drive-thru, have no customer service skill, never saw her smile at me. Oh as for the salad, a couple times I was wondering if they store the salad and/or dressing properly because the food smelt as if it was sitting out, stale, ate it and got a sour taste to it. Salad and ranch dressing doesn’t leave me a sour taste. But I continued to buy from there because it’s close to home and convenient, even a couple messed up out of all the times I can forgive. At least, until this morning. I will never buy from there again. It’s time to look for other fast food restaurants.

I came to eat here today with my family and tried to use the restroom, but I had to pay ! $.25(not much) but who the hell has to pay to go to the restroom. Obviously I told the employee and he gave me coin. Once I went in the restroom looking for a place to change my son’s diaper, there was None! Like wth they should make it illegal not to have a changing diaper place. Some people won’t understand but I’m sure any mother supports me; you get to a place and want to change your son’s diaper then realize there’s nowhere to! Do you expect me to change it in front of the customers eating?

Last night I got a meal from them through the drive thru and had a good experience from the order taker. The order was right and he was nice when I added dessert at the last moment in the pick-up window. My only complaint is how lukewarm the food was, not hot and fresh. Another thing I noticed from these fast food places(not just Carl’s) is how they try to stuff too much food into one bag with barely enough room to close it. Is this now the standard, because I don’t ever recall doing this when I used to work in the fast food business. If they could find a way to deliver a hot and fresh product, I’d be more than happy to give this place a better score.

DONTEATHERE! Big Carl had metal in burger. When I asked how did this happen? The Team Leader told me that they know the broiler is dropping metal, they haven’t fix the machine, the part arrived YESTERDAY??? I’m so scared! My husband ate ½ when he pulled the metal pieces! This location gets two stars because it is slightly less-shitty than the Sweetwater Rd. location, but let’s be crystal clear — they’re both absolute shit. My grandpa is 82 and loves a cheeseburger and chocolate malt. Since Carl’s Jr. is one of the only places with malt, I come here pretty regularly. On almost every occasion, whipped cream is overflowing up and out of the malt lid, melting, and dripping down the side of the cup. How the hell am I supposed to put this thing in my cup holder?! But the reason I am compelled to Unilocal today is because I ordered my grandpa’s usual cheeseburger and malt and happily proceeded to his house(mopping up my cup holder upon arrival). My grandpa ate his burger and drank his malt, only to find two giant, rock hard chunks of old nasty malt at the bottom of the cup. So hard they can’t be smashed with the straw, and it actually took great effort with a fork. Both chunks are bigger than a Brazil nut. Now, given that malt is a powder, I’m only left to wonder what kind of moisture got into the malt and how long has it been sitting out? Gross. I guess I’ll just buy some malt at the store and mix it into Jbo’s shakes or something myself.

This place blows. I enjoy carls but have nvr had a good experience at this one. Staff is slow, inside is dirty. Haven’t gotten my order correct any time I’ve gone. Yes, I’ve made the unfortunate decision to go there more than once. Last time I went in I got a cold sandwich that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I assume they figured they could dump it off on a customer before being found out they screwed up ANOTHER order. Don’t come here 4 your carls Jr fix you’ll most likely not want 2 eat it again.

DON’T COMETOTHISCARL’S JR. 2-stars because when I went in the restaurant after they messed up my drive through order the workers were pleasant an fixed my order with no questions asked. Ordered a teriyaki burger and assumed I shouldn’t have to specify that I didn’t want the turkey version of it. Drive through was going pretty slow for a slow Sunday night. Pull up to the window, pay, get my order, and drive away. I get home, open the bag and before fully looking at the burger, I take a bite and realize there is something WAY off about the sandwich.(1) there was no mayo,(2) there was no cheese,(3) there was no beef. The teriyaki burger comes with all there of those things by default. I haven’t had Carl’s Jr./teriyaki burger in probably a year, but it’s my favorite burger there, so I remember what it comes with and what it tastes like. I contemplated driving back to Carl’s Jr. to have them fix my order because I was tired and irritated, but I really didn’t want to eat this sandwich. I didn’t have may or cheese and it had chicken instead of beef. Drove back to Carl’s Jr. because I really didn’t want to eat a chicken sandwich and the cashier asked no questions when I wanted a new burger. The cooks back there must not have their shit together because when the drive-true lady heard I placed my order through drive-true, she came over to look at my receipt, let out a sigh, and then rolled her eyes(not at me). It seemed that she couldn’t fathom the idea that they messed up yet ANOTHER order. Felt bad for them because cashiers really don’t have control over it after they’ve made sure the order is accurate in the POS system and they can’t go unwrapping every sandwich before they put it in the bag. Boyfriend comes here during lunch sometimes because he works at the 32nd St base and he said he’s never had any problems. I’m sure the lunch hour is much busier than the Sunday night I went, but my bad experience really turned me off.

This is by far the worst Carl’s Jr location I’ve ever been to. The only reason I came here was because I needed cash back for the awesome laundromat I go to in the same shopping center. The staff was slow and the food wasn’t fresh at all. I came during the breakfast rush and they weren’t properly staffed to accommodate to crowds, ran out of fresh coffee and to top it off, the atm machine wasn’t working for me to even get cash back!!! Never again!

Came here on 3÷3÷14 after craving Filipino food, but was turned away because of them not accepting credit/debit cards. Came across Carls jr as a substitute. The cashier Belinda V, was very patient with me as I don’t normally eat fast foods. After about 5 minutes, she helped me choose the double western burger, and man was it delicious! I’m not sure what’s going on with the reviews, but my lunch here was great! I would give 5⁄5 if I could get my own ketchup without having to ask and wait in line, but overall I am highly satisfied.

So yet again… I ordered a western bacon no cheese extra BBQ. Not difficult right? Well leave it to this location to screw things up yet again! I almost always check my bag before I leave but figured this order wasn’t too tricky so no need. I get home to a burger w no cheese AND no BBQ sauce. I went back and asked the manager on duty why I needed to check my bag every single time with them. The only saving grace here was that the manager handled my situation very well, which I found surprising I usually get attitude back. She was very apologetic and made my situation right so a very big thank you to her. BUT A VERYBIGTHUMBSDOWNTOTHISLOCATION!!!

i dont care what everyone else says — i love carl’s jr., i love this location. i love the burgers! lol say what you wanna say about me. i only allow myself to eat junk/fast food maybe once or twice a week, and today i was a fatty and ordered the bbq guac bacon burger meal. super big flavor, super big burger. and i love the fries. the restaurant itself can get a little chaotic and busy but even tho the line was long when we went in, it moved fast, the cashier was very friendly, and the part that they bring your order to your table is awesome… snuck some jalaps and pico(i think thats what it is haha) from the salsa station and went to town! dont judge me… ;p

Live up the street so it’s easy to drive thru(or at least it should be). Every time I come here I have to remember to check the bag before I leave the window, ugh. Just today I pulled up to order and the girl told me to wait! Then proceeded to take her sweet time coming back. I knew the cars behind me were upset it was taking me so long to order!?! Got a value meal and as I pulled away frm the window I thought«check the bag», checked, and no fries. Had to walk in and get them… I’ve also ordered a diet drink only to take a sip… and yup, it was regular.
