This is no longer your mother or fathers Liberty Pizza. They should change the name immediately and stop riding the wave of greatness that preceded these current owners. The current owners do not know nice service or proper telephone manners. The food quality has gone way down and they don’t care. We all need to stop going here just because it is convenient.

This is my usual go to place for lunch since it’s super close to my work place. and is a quick walk. I love their pizza, in particular the one who chicken, onions and peppers(or Hawaiian). I find their sauce to be very tasty and savory. I also love their grilled chicken garden salads as well! They have a great lunch special where you can get a small or large sub with chips and a drink for a very reasonable price. Their chicken gyros and pasta meals are also delicious. I can’t say I’ve had a bad meal from this restaurant and will definitely recommend to others.

Skimpy, skimpy, skimpy sub contents. I’ve tried their steak & cheese sub and their Italian sub. They are both mostly bread. The steak & cheese was dry and very little cheese. Not enough meat to even fill the sub roll from end to end. Same with the Italian sub. Very little meat, no cheese at all. Will not be going back.

Close to work I gave Liberty’s a try and«Eek! Methings not» is a wonderful summary. Unlike other reviewers I didn’t have an issue with the staff, my order was correct and I didn’t experience any communication issues. However, this is close to the worst pizza I’ve ever had. You know those $ 1 frozen pizzas you eat in college when you have $ 2 in your pocket? The pizza here is a large version of those, just more expensive… but not much, so if you want to replicate that experience for some friends and reminisce. this is your ticket.

This place is convenient as it is close to my place of work, however the inconsistent nature of food has led me to look elsewhere for sandwiches. They don’t accept credit cards for under 10 $, the meat is slimy and tomatoes often greenish, not great quality. I have had some good sandwiches there, but you never know what you’re going to get, so for that reason, these days I stick with Pizza Peddler.

I called and ordered chicken wings & a buffalo chicken wrap on whear. When I got there, the employee said I had said chicken fingers & not wings. I said no I did not but either way I wanted wings. So they fixed that for me but I was worried I would get spit in my food in the end… hope not but either way the wings were for my dad :) Then I got home to discover that my wrap was not wheat. Fail on their part again. They need to stop slamming down the phone after you order w/o repeating the order. They take the order and give u how long the wait time is and slam the phone down. I have had the issue of them messing up my order once or twice. The guy who used to run the counter was great, but I haven’t seen him around in months now. The other guys are okay now. My girlfriend gets a Mediterranean wrap every time and she loves it! I get the steak tip salad without olives every time. Great salad, doesn’t get much better with the steak tips. Perfectly cooked and delicious. I will definitely go and try the calzones now that someone mentioned it and see how they are.

Unlike some other reviewers, my BFF and I LOVE that sweet sauce! We’ve only had the plain cheese pizza(twice) and I’ve also had a Greek salad, which was really good! It’s cheap, simple and fast. Nothing wrong with that.

the WORST! First time I went I ordered a Greekl Salad. Got home, NO pepperoncinis or Feta! Tonight We called SPECIFICALLY mentioned the coupon for TWOSMALLONETOPPINGPIZZASFOR $ 10.99. At pickup the rude guy presents me with two large pizza and asks for $ 17.99 After accusing my girlfriend of lying, of which I was RIGHT there when she ordered, he copped a HUGE tude. These guys hide under the«guise» of not knowing English, but rate THIEVES!!! THEWORST!!! DIRTY, ANDFUNPROPFESSIONAL! TELLONEANDALLTOSTAYAWAYFROMTHECROOKSATLIBERTYPIZZA!

PIzza is Greek style. They have very sweet sauce so if you like sweet sauce, you’ll love this pizza. The rest of their food is mediocre and they barely give you any french fries, but the pizza is solid and good for a change of pace.

i went there last week and the pizza was not that great, it taste like tomato paste and sugar. they have a special on pizza which is a pretty good deal, but the frozen pizza i got at market basket was alot better! also the people that work there have no class they hand you the change over a tip cup and give you a dirty look if the tip is change.

Ordered a steak and cheese and steak bomb sub here a couple nights ago. The steak had lots of fatty bits attached to it that made it «chewy.» I asked for extra cheese and it still had only 2 slices. The chesse was a couple slices of American cheese that weren’t even completely melted. I could still see the slice corners! Just pathetic quality.

What use is a place if they can’t get your order right? How hard is it to write down that I want the wrap on whole wheat with dressing on the side? They’ve got this wrong about 4 times. And it’s not like they offer to refund you when they screw up. Well if you weren’t in such a rush on the phone to take the order and didn’t refuse to repeat the order, you wouldn’t screw it up. Food is good when they get your order right, but who wants to deal with driving back when they get your order wrong(50% of the time). Yes I try to check the order there when possible before leaving.

Worst pizza I’ve EVER had in my life. The sauce tastes like a mix of sugar and ketchup. It was almost crunchy there was so much sugar in it. Most people are addicted to sugars in the corn syrup form that it’s usually sneaked into our food, so that might explain the positive reviews(which are otherwise a mystery to me).

i don’t know if liberty makes a greek style pan pizza… or just bad pizza… but i didn’t enjoy it. the dough was dry and tasted like something made out of a mix and the sauce seemed straight out of a can– it just didn’t taste fresh… the saving grace of my order were the buffalo cheese fries. their execution wasn’t great– but the idea is awesome. two stars for introducing me to cheezy buffalo sauce-y french fry goodness!

First of all: Helluva lovely calzone they make here. My beau and I were driving around out to a film location and we were desperately hungry. This place hit the spot. The calzone is big enough for two. Or at least one and a half people. If you should ever run into them. Second of all: I was in the area making a student film, and I asked them if they’d be willing to sponsor a meal for our crew the next day. The manager said«Sure! Why not!» And we ate like kings! Thanks, you guys! Good food and really nice people.(And patrons of the arts!)

I’ll have to return, but I think I like this place better than Wellesley’s options and maybe even more than Ty’s Pies. They serve good slices – not too greasy but fairly large – for $ 1.65−2.15. I like their style of pizza – it’s a little closer to the typical New York slice, though perhaps not as cheesy. I didn’t get a chance to try their sandwiches but the selection looked fairly standard.
