This is perhaps the closest Dunkin Donuts to Sherwood Plaza.
From Boston, drive down Route 9 between both Natick Mall and Sherwood Plaza, take a U-​turn at the next intersection (that being the traffic light by the Shopper’s World Drive, and it is on the right, sharing a parking lot with Firestone.
It wasn’t huge, it didn’t have a drive in, but it did the job — that being a medium coffee and bagel with a light smear of strawberry cream cheese for $ 4.16.
Funny thing is, I didn’t realize what a luxury it was that they had spread the cream cheese on for me till a friend told me that most DD’s send you off with a serving of spread on the side!

The worst. And rude. Not helpful. Since there are about a dozen DD’s in an arm’s reach of this place, go to another location.

I work right next door at the hotel and i go here often and the service is rude and if you tell them they made your drink wrong, which is often for me, they give you a nasty look and rush to make the next one which is not that much better. Service is very slow and they dont seem to want to be there at all, never smile never anything. If i can i try to go to another one on my way to work, which is sad since i can walk to it.

So I do admit that I like the donuts at Dunkin (Ice Coffee Fan)
If it is in the morning I can do it. The donuts definitely are not great in the afternoon and are hard as a rock the 2nd day if you happen to forget them in the bag in the back seat.
However, I like the French Crullers. Some folks don’t know what these are and they are hard to find. I describe them as the «Monster Truck Tire». They are big and round and have ridges. Each time I go to a DD I look for them. We stopped in to a DD on Sat and low and behold there they were. We got two (didn’t go crazy) and will go back if we are having a craving. Not sure if they have these all the time but this is the first place I’ve found them in a while.

I gave this place two stars for the slow and questionably competent service. This is of course a chain and the store was clean and kept up. But the service wasn’t just slow but got multiple things wrong. The lady if front of me seemed to wait quite a bit to get her things and when she did get them, the server forgot her coffee. Really? She ordered two iced coffees and 1 hot coffee and you forgot the hot coffee? When we ordered a muffin, bagel and coffee, it also took a long time. After a while, a different server came out, read the order, prepared (heated/​cut) the bagel, and gave it to me. But he forgot my muffin. I left feeling a bit less optimistic for the human race.
