I purchased a pair of lenses for my glasses at Visionworks a few months ago. It was quick service and I only met friendly staff. I recently had a problem with my glasses. I brought them back to Visionworks. Chuckie was the staff member who assisted me. He was very professional and handled my problem promptly. I will return to Visionworks in the future, as well as recommend it to others.

I’m reviewing based on the level of customer service my husband and I received. Everyone from our sales consultant, Karen, and the manager, Jeff, gave us excellent service and went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. Ultimately, we changed our minds based on finding a better price elsewhere, and they cancelled our order and handled our refund professionally and courteously. I would give them five stars based on their high level of customer service but gave them four because we did find their prices to be higher than another optician who accepted our insurance. But, if you’re not particularly price conscious and are looking for good customer service I recommend this store!

Above excellent service! After being ripped-​off at the West Nashville location, we decided to try the Green Hills location. It was an extremely professional and pleasant experience. Jim, one of the staff members, was very experienced in his field and was able to help us tremendously. I HIGHLY recommend this location. Make sure to ask for Jim, you’ll thank me for it!

This place is the worst. The staff has no idea what they’re doing and they’re really rude. The same two old men are always here and everyone else is always given the excuse of «I just started.» I’m in the lobby and have been waiting 50 minutes for my scheduled appointment. If you have an option of going elsewhere, please do. Horrible place.

When I was struggling between jobs, they helped make sure I could see. When I had an allergic reaction to a brand, they helped me with no charge. They got me glasses and contacts quickly and affordably and I will be conducting all future business here.

Pretty good and accommodating. I went to LensCrafters and they were swamped and then they were able to give me a vision exam in within an hour and had a better selection for what I was looking for. Also a perk is that they’re not in the mall so you’d be more likely to find a parking spot. Staff was friendly.
