EXREMELY ANGRY RUDE BITTER OWNER!!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT TAKE YOUR ITEMS HERE! THIS BUSINESS OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL AND HAS NO CHARACTER OR CLASS. My sister walked in with a pair of pants to hymn. She knew her exact measurements and told the business owner the inseam measurement of her choice. The owner refused the measurements and insisted my sister try on the pants for hymning. The owner «pinned her pants for 20 minutes». My sister asked the price of the pants and after contemplating in her head whether $ 13 was worth dropping her pants for alteration, she finally decided yes and wanted to leave her pants with this owner. APPARENTLY, staying inside the store while contemplating the best options for herself (potential customer) is enough to IRRITATE THIS BITTER ANGRY STORE OWNER. After my sister weighed her options in her head, she said «okay, i’ll leave them with you». This angry soul of an owner said «NO TAKE THEM AND LEAVE». My sister asked why she was upset and persistently said she would let leave them there while the owner ASKED HER TO GET OUT OF THE STORE. THIS OWNER has the audacity to claim my sister took up her time while she pinned a pair of pants for 20 minutes and apparently offended the owner because my sister was weighing her options while still at the store before deciding to use their services. MAY I BE CLEAR in the fact that the owner had no other customers or priorities. IN FACT, she stated «YOU CAN GET OUT SO I CAN GET BACK TO PLAYING MY GAME». If you want to be last on her priority list so her games, pride, attitude and anger can be first, by all means take your items here. BUT IF YOU EVEN HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER AND PAY MORE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND A SMILE, PLEASE DO SO! My sister is too sweet to EVER be writing this review but I on the other hand will NEVER tolerate anyone disrespecting my sister in the manner she or I were treated with today. Hence, BE AWARE! ALSO, I have to refer to this lady as the owner, because after several attempts of asking her what her name is, the response my sister and I both received was «WHAT DOES IT MATTER? and WHAT DO YOU WANT?»

I recently veered from my tried and true Green Hills cleaners to try this place. I had a coupon so I thought, why not?
I took 9 dresses and a couple pairs of dress pants to be cleaned and received a lovely hello and smile as soon as I walked in. The lady was pleasant and efficient, took my information and I was on my way.
When I returned a week later it was as if I was in a completely different place! It took several minutes before I could get anyone’s attention although two people looked at me twice and continued on their merry way. I was the only customer in the lobby. Finally someone came over, grabbed my ticket and brought my order to me. I was rudely told the amount and was snarled at when I asked it to be repeated (when one mumbles it is difficult to hear what is said!!). I felt as though I was an extreme inconvenience to them. Two of my dresses were wrinkled before I brought them home. Granted one is cotton, but that’s the whole reason I get it cleaned — so I don’t have to iron it!
I will return to Green Hills Cleaners. I have always had pleasant interactions, decent pricing and prompt service.
Nutshell:
will not return, I prefer not to be treated rudely.

I’ve been using them for a little over a decade now. Nicely run cleaners. They don’t have a lounge in front, but when I’m at a Cleaner’s, I’m not there to hang out or admire the fading celebrity photos that some places put up. I want to drop off dirty clothes and get the same exact ones back but clean. I want it at a reasonable price and I want it back the same day. New Way has never lost an item, never messed up an order. Prices are extremely reasonable for the area. I’ve shopped around and some of these places around here want 4 dollars for a Men’s laundered shirt. That is ridiculous. They’d better spit shine my buttons for that price. I also like that I can easily park with the large lot they have. It’s a shared lot with Hillsboro Plaza, so there are always spaces. The traffic in Green Hills can be insane, and trying to get into the teeny lots other cleaners have is a real headache.
If I ask them to try again on a spot, they’re always willing and they never charge twice. A+
