Nice people. Horrible process. Everyone was pleasant and professional however their process for handling incoming customers, order of service etc is non existent. The store layout does lend itself to any kind of service flow. No axe to sit to wait for service and yes there was a wait. They say 10 days for glasses. We’ll see. Ashley was awesome though! FIXYOURPROCESS!!! Take a number. Client sign in sheet. Some Thing!!! So glasses ready in 8 days. Greeted at the door. In and out 10 minutes on Saturday!

After a particularly awful customer service experience here a little over a year ago I haven’t been back since! I had gotten a pair of glasses but it turned out the ear piece rubbed my ear raw. Literally bleeding. It was clear this frame wasn’t the right one for me. Obviously nobody would have any way of knowing this until it had been worn for a week or two. The most they could do was get me another set of the same frame. It did the exact same thing. All I wanted was to get a different frame since this one was actually cutting me! But the best they could do was the same frame!!! The customer service was severely lacking. I had shopped with them for the better part of 25 years and had never had an incident but with their lack of compassion and customer service I went to SEE Eyewear and got a new set of glasses. I just went again after a year and bought two more pair!

I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get to this store because I needed to complete my warranty replacement on my eyeglasses. No one was in this store and there was one sales associate there to assist me… She was rude from the beginning. I said I need to complete my replacement and she ASKEDME if they have the glasses I needed in stock. She had a bad attitude and was taking her bad day out on me. I can’t believe I received this level of customer service and I will no longer recommend LensCrafters to anyone I know based on this experience in the Green Hills mall.

I’ve had the same Rx for contacts for years now. I moved to Nashville and went to Lens Crafters for new glasses and they also wrote a new Rx prescription for contacts. They tell you to call them and let them know if you like them, but what they don’t tell you is that if you don’t call within 30 days then you’re stuck with whatever random brand they put on your contact rx. When I tried to order my contacts online like always, I was told I was being forced to change my order to a brand I didn’t want. When I called the optometrist’s office, I was told they won’t change it back to what I’ve always had without seeing me for a new fitting first. They are clearly just trying to get you to come in and pay for the fee. This is ridiculous, and I will never be going back to them.
