I’ll never order from this place again. Even if I order online, they still manage to screw if up every single time. Tonight they forgot my garlic bread and sauce and when I called, the person who answered the phone would not listen to me, argued that all I ordered was a calzone, and then put me on hold while I was in the middle of a sentence explaining that I had a confirmation email showing the entire order. She then put a man on the phone who later informed me that the was the manager and the owner. He also told me that I hadn’t ordered the garlic bread. Once he realized his mistake after looking through the orders, he told me I would have to just order it again, pay for it and wait 45 minutes. This is over an hour after I placed my original order. I understand it’s Friday and they are busy, but they are the ones who screwed the order up, and they didn’t even make an offer to make it right. Terrible customer service. Never again.

Gross. Ordered chicken Parmesan and it was awful! The chicken was a frozen chicken patty. And the noodles were hard and crusted. Will NOT order from here again. Not to mention it is in a BAD part of town and you have to get out and park no where near the actual place be there is about 2 parking spots for Romas. It is awful. Do not eat here.

My girlfriend and I split the large pepperoni pizza. Although the price was great, 7.99, the pizza was just average. It’s do able because of the price, but if you’re looking for something extravagant I would pass

when i was staying at the red roof inn. It was delicious. Toppings were fresh, sauce is amazing and the crust is perfect both crispy and chewy. Try it and you won’t regret it.

Did not care for Roma’s. Ordered for the office last week and was very disappointed. The crust is thin but not the good crisp thin crust. The pizza just lacked flavor… The chicken wings were fatty and soggy. The dessert was stale at best, the tiramisu was still frozen and the chocolate cake was stale.
Will never order again. No thank you Roma’s…
