Absolutely amazing! We saw it on Shark Tank forever ago and we were excited to find one near us. The ice cream was amazing. So many different flavor options!
But even better was the service! So knowledgable! She explained the entire process to us! It was amazing!
Will definitely be back soon!

Unique way of creating ice cream. Flavors and toppings give plenty of options.

Although the ice cream is pretty good, and the sizes are pretty big, the gimmick is just not enough to make me want to come back. First off, the prices are almost twice those of a regular ice cream shop. Unlike the other froyo places though, they are set prices and not «weighed.» Which is something I like. The issue I have is the wait time. It takes a good three to five minutes for the full process after you pick what you want. So if you have a group in front of you of three or more you’re looking at a good 20 minute wait before they can even get to you. Add undecisive people into the mix and you could be standing in line for a while. The girls at the counter making the ice cream were very friendly and the décor is nice, and there is more than enough seating. Overall it was a fairly average experience. Even though I did like my ice cream which had a lot of candy pieces in it, it just missed the mark in making me want to return. I will say the process is very… cool… (pun intended) but again, after you see it once the novelty quickly wears off. I recommend going at least once just to see the freezing process.

I went in with my family about 1:30 in the afternoon. There was a group of four people ahead of me being served by two employees. There appeared to be three employees working. None of them greeted us or acknowledged that there were people waiting. We waited about 15 minutes to be waited on. I tried the lemon Italian ice while others in my family all got the mint ice cream. The lemon ice tasted very artificial. It was not lemony at all. But the texture of the ice was great. The ice cream was ok. nothing special. The prices are high, as I expected they would be. It is exciting to watch, but I will not be back. Waiting that long for ice cream in a practically empty place is not my idea of a fun time.

I saw the Shark Tank episode and was excited to see a franchise in our area. Any place that approaches serving food in a unique and fun way is the type of establishment that deserves the business. So entertaining for kids, who are already out-​of-​their-​mind happy for getting ice cream! The flavors and combination choices were endless, so I decided to go for one of their own creations from their «Sensations» list. Can’t remember what it was called, but I know it had key lime flavoring and cheesecake chunks… extremely yummy. Very cool watching them blast the chosen ingredients and cream in a stainless bowl with the liquid nitrogen– it was quite a show. As for the quality of the finished product, while it wasn’t the absolute best number one ice cream I’ve ever had (although very, very good!), it maintained a freezing cold temperature the whole time I was eating it. No melted mess in the bottom of my bowl was a huge plus. The eating area inside of Sub Zero was very clean, and we sprawled out on the comfy seating and watched Sponge Bob on their flat screen. The employees were all friendly and took plenty of time to explain how it was made and gave flavor suggestions. One young man was not only enthusiastic about the product, but took it in stride when the freezing tank stopped working and had to finish it with their small catering tank. Glad they have a back up plan! We would definitely go back again.

I must admit that I had my doubts. Thought it was a gimmick.
But the ice cream (I had the regular cream) was excellent!
Service was friendly, engaged and seemed to be enjoying themselves.
Wish they had a true dark chocolate ice cream but alas. well everything else was great.

I’ve come here a few times and have had nothing but excellent service. Normally I don’t do frozen yogurt but because of the employee’s recommendation, I tried it and it was amazing. Although they were busy, I also met the managers who were very nice and welcoming. The store was very clean and well kept. They have plenty of flavor options as well as toppings and mix-​ins. The the ice cream and froyo they make are nothing shy of creamy and delicious. I highly recommend this ice cream joint and will be sure to visit again!

This place is good… I like custard a lot and luckily they have it… its like you have to choose the flavor like butterscotch, caramel, mint etc and they put freeze it under liquid nitrogen… thats actually wonderful… make sure you select the correct combination

Great experience! Today was my first time in. The gals greeted us with such enthusiasm. The place was clean and neat. The workers were very friendly Our gal went over what to expect and showed us the many options we had to choose from. The flavors of ice cream were endless. My daughter got a kick out of watching them freeze the ice cream with nitrogen. I would highly recommend checking them out!
