Great subs & apps. Basic greek pizza but it’s always good. They also serve beer & wine too!!:-)

I was hoping this place would be good because it’s pretty close to my home. But I’m sorry to say that I was really disappointed in the pizza. It has very little taste at all, I’ve had frozen pizzas that were better.

I work in the area and every now and again we seem to give this place another try and every time we regret we did. I can’t say the food is bad, because it’s not, but the service is pretty terrible. They almost ignore you when you come in for pickups and they can’t get an order right to save their lives. Something is always screwed up. Today, we ordered a sausage sub with sauce and no cheese for a lactose intolerant employee, we ended up with a sausage covered in cheese no with sauce. Food is decent, service and order accuracy is terrible.

Have been here a couple times now for take out and have enjoyed every time. Used to come here as a kid but now that I live closer it’s a great place to order and go. Had their eggplant parm sub, vegetarian sub, spicy fries, and my boyfriend had their steak and cheese sub twice. We are pleased and the staff are very friendly. Looking forward to trying the pizza! Seems like a great family run business and the interior gives you an Italy vibe. Will come back again!

Owner is a complete a-hole. My parents buy pizza and come out, I go back in with a water bottle of my own to grab some napkins since they forgot. Owner accuses me of stealing water and napkins. Worst dining experience of my life. Pizza was too greasy.

The first impression of this place was not so good! No atmosphere and locals sitting around with piles of empty beers in front of them! Each of them taking turns smoking out front of the restaurant! So… «when in Rome» I ordered two beers and waited for a sausage and banana pepper pizza! My opinion changed when I tried the pizza.“Great Pie”…beer is cold and pitchers are available! I visited this place months back and tried the steak and cheese… real good! Give this place a shot! I think you will be surprised at how good the food tastes! Best pizza I have had in a while! The 3 stars is mostly for the atmosphere… food is a solid 4!.. Ciao!

Have ordered here a few times now. The pizza is always good, you can taste the freshness in the dough. We’ve ordered steak and cheese subs as well as the buffalo chicken salad and loved them. Staff was friendly. Will be returning again.

Really like their personal pizza I think it’s like $ 4, quality is above the other average pizza places in the area.

Ordered the steak and cheese sub(foot long) for delivery. This thing is tasty! And a great sized portion for the price. I know you’re thinking«What do you mean, size? A footlong is a footlong.» Yeah, that’s length. Girth is where it’s at!(Right ladies?) This thing is stuffed with meat and cheese. And it was delivered quickly and it’s piping hot! Anyway. Big thumbs up. I say go for it.

I was born and raised in the Nashua area. The very first condo I purchased in 98 was up the street from Ciao’s on Amherst St. I would pick up pizza from them every Friday night. Years later I moved to Chicago, however, the three to four times I am in Nashua to visit family, I stop at Ciao’s before I usually even say hello to my family. I have had«the best pizza» most cities and towns across the country have to offer and Ciao’s is still the best. That is a 10% sentimentality and 90% amazing pizza. The northeast has a lot of great pizza joints, however for my money Ciao’s tops the list.

Good good with good prices. This is a pizzeria to go to for a quick bite with good tasting food.

This place told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. It took 45 minutes and no apology or recognition that it was taking longer than expected. The overall experience was not great and the food was mediocre as well. It could have been a fluke, so I give it two stars instead of one. Either way, I will not return.

I started ordering from Ciao’s because I was impressed with the variety on their menu. However, every time I’ve placed a delivery order it took 2 hours or more to receive my order. In addition items were often forgotten(we ordered sodas and the delivery man«forgot them»). When you call the restaurant to get a status, you get an unapologetic response that the restaurant is busy. Sorry, Ciao’s. Never ordering from you again.

I really would give this place 2.5 stars if I could. I have ate there numerous times the food is ok. I have had the turkey club with fries which both were very good. The fried chicken was bland. It wasn’t terrible but the batter lacked flavor. The turkey wrap was terrible, it didnt have the toppings I asked for and there wasnt alot of turkey. The burgers are hit or miss, one was good another time it was terrible. I do like their salads though.

I have been to Ciao’s numerous times. From the appetizer’s to the pizza to the sub’s, everything is very good. The service is good and the food is consistent at a cheap price. This place deserves more business!

Ciao’s fulfills a very specific niche for me. I’m not a huge fan of their pizza. For me it’s too greasy, the crust is too crispy and it’s overall mediocre. However… They have an awesome Greek salad and the optional chicken you can add is damn near succulent! Thus we come to the reason I come back, over and over and over again. It’s because of this salad that my wife and I are regular patrons of a place that we dismissed a long time ago based on their pizza alone. I’m going to hit it with 3 stars due to the pizza(since that’s why most go there); however it’s 5 stars for the salad. Give the salad a try; you’ll be happy you did!

Got a sub from here one day — delivered. Got a Steak and Cheese — and a side of fries and a side of their Mac and Cheese fried bites Steak and Cheese was very good, quality crusty bread like one expects from a good sub, lots of meat and cheese, fries and the Mac and Cheese bites were cooked perfectly!

We wanted to get some subs for a quick dinner, and wanted to go with Quizno’s originally; however, the Amherst St. location is closed now. We decided to go with Ciao’s instead, and we were glad we did. We got 2 large subs, chicken parm and turkey along with a Greek salad. We had it delivered as well, which was really convenient. b/f said the chicken parm sub could have used a little more provolone. I enjoyed my turkey sub, but I’ll ask for mustard/mayo next time. The greek salad was really tasty, lots of feta and fresh veggies. It’s not to die for fabulous or anything, but it’s good in a pinch if you want something tasty for dinner and don’t feel like cooking.

Went there for the first time last Sunday for lunch with my wife and 2 kids(18 months and 3 ½ yrs old). My wife and I were both in the mood for club sandwiches. I went in to make sure they make sandwiches and sure enough there was a club sandwich menu(along with an extensive list of hot and cold subs, and of course pizza). My wife ordered a Roast Beef Club($ 7.25) and I ordered a Chicken Salad club($ 7.25) which wasn’t on the menu, but since there was a Chicken Salad sub available, I figured they could make it. They were happy to. We got the kids a chicken fingers & fries plate($ 4.50 from the kids menu) to split. We did have to wait a bit… which was surprising as there were only a few other groups in the seating area. The seating area is very clean and there are a few flat-screen TVs around. They also have a pseduo-bar area where they serve a small selection of draft beer($ 3 and $ 4). One thing to point out is that the seating area and counter is one big room. Since there isn’t much on the walls, the sound reverberates really bad. Had a tough time hearing my wife even though she was across the table from me. The person preparing the food apologized for the wait when we brought our food to the counter. The clubs were great! Excellent fresh slices of roast beef and perfectly prepared chicken salad. Chicken fingers were way too hot to serve… but the fries just needed a minute to get to «kid-friendly» temperature. The fries were excellent! Not overally salted and slightly crispy on the outside… just the way I like em! Total price of lunch(with soda and bottle of water) was $ 25… very reasonable for a quick family lunch outing. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu. I noticed they sell a couple of Mediterranean specialties, including Gyros and Shwarma. That would be interesting to sample.
