My girlfriend and I have lived here for a few months now. The apartment is a tad on the small side but we make it work. The office staff are awesome and the entire place is beautiful inside and out. We needed maintenance for two small issues and they were there the day after to take care of it — no hassle at all. Paying my rent online is a godsend from before where I needed to write and deliver a check to my landlord. Any packages I get but cannot be there for are sent to the office, saving me a trip to the post office or another day of waiting. The pool is great and they are always doing small things like karate lessons or free breakfast to make you feel like a part of the community. I cannot say enough about how easy they make it to live here.

I found apartments are very small and check the rents …$ 1095 for 550sq feet of house??? are you kidding me??? … Go to Royal crest next block, you get 2 BR home with 1000 sq feet in same price may be $ 100 more (but you get 500 sq more to use)
Pool is outdoor, so guess what, only 6 months it is useful… whats the big deal about pool then?
And odd policy that guest can not stay more than 15 days… what if my cousin or my dad wants to visit for little longer time?
Would not recommend …
