This place deserves no stars! HORRIBLEHORRIBLE! They ruined my face!!! I am left with scarring and patches of hyper pigmentation! Even though dr NARENDRA said its be gone by the week after they burned me! I feel so insecure and Yet still to this day after everything they did to me! They can’t even call to check on me! I hope this place closes down! Although I had not came in for a vein treatment they used the laser on me to remove acne scarring, and little did I know this would change my skin! :(I had the laser treatment done by EMILY the esthetician) who didn’t have me sign a consent form before doing the laser and she didn’t even check my skin to see if it was sensitive, she used a high intensity for MY skin type and that Friday night my whole face was burning I couldn’t eat at all the next day I woke up in pain and I couldn’t move my lips nor I still couldn’t eat, and I called the place and asked Emily if this was normal and she said«yea it should go away in a couple hours» the whole day I didn’t eat nor did I leave my room because my face looked like if it was burned off and Sunday morning I called again and I asked for help and the lady who was answering the calls said«I’m sorry but it’s Sunday it’s closed the doctors not in, call tomorrow, instead of helping me when it was an emergency she told me to call the next day. Talk about horrible customer service… After not eating for 3 days I went in on Monday and everyone that worked there saw my face and was shocked, they knew Emily did something wrong! They had seen me for about 2 weeks but even when I would go in I felt like they would put the blame on me! And it made me feel more depressed ! It’s already been 7 months and my skin hasn’t gotten better ! DONOT go there. One thing would be if they would’ve tried to help the right way but dr narendra was cheap enough to even work with me!!! I had asked for a certain makeup to cover the marks they left me and Emily gave me a color that was wayyy too dark and she gave me creams that weren’t even for my skin type. It’s like how can u treat a patient that u messed up like this? I never write bad reviews but they honestly didn’t work with me at all after everything they did! And the sad part is I’m so young and my skin is horrible :(thanks a lot Emily.

Dr. Narendra Garg and his staff are great! I have been undergoing treatment for the past few months. The staff is very friendly. They are able to accommodate my busy schedule with evening and weekend hours. The office is very clean and organized. Dr. Garg is very gentle and professional. I am very pleased with my treatment.

On March 2012 to about May 2012 I had 3 treatments of Endovenous Laser Treatment(EVLT) with Dr. Narendra K. Garg, MD and Dr. Bradley Ashole, MD. I thought that since they had an ad on TV that they were a long time practice facility, but was not so. A word of advice is to research how long the doctors have been practice, where they studied medicine and where they did the residency before one goes to them. I should had known better, but I did not do my homework. If I had done it I may had not gone through this bad experience with these doctors. I had the EVLT done at the 2335 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL60647 which from the outside did not look like a professional type of doctor’s office. Inside it looked okay, but for the amount of money they are charging people they should have a more representable office. I HAD A BADEXPERIENCEBEINGTREATEDBYTHESEDOCTORSANDITHASBEENOVER1YEARANDMYRIGHTCALFISSTILLNUMB. It appears that during a treatment and/or all 2 treatment on my right leg they hit the nerve of the veins that was going to be treated. They charged my insurance almost $ 10,000 and they still wanted me to pay close to $ 3,000 as a co-payment. I disputed paying the additional close to $ 3,000 and after several emails being sent to them and many calls and they kept ignoring getting back to me after they said it was okay for me not to pay it(wrote it off). Dr. Bradley Ashole had been only in practice for a year or two in 3⁄2012 when he administer one of the treatment of the the three total that I had. THEREFORE, BEVERYCAUTIONSWHENGETTING an Endovenous Laser Treatment(EVLT) with Dr. Narendra K. Garg, MD and/or Dr. Bradley Ashole and/or any other invasive treatment there as you can end up with a NUMB leg or calves for a long time and/or not hopefully not for ever.
