Empress Nails

I loved Empress Nails, the manager and staffs are so nice. I’ve been going there almost 11 yrs already. I always love to have my nails done there. The no-​chip nail polish last over a month. They did a fabulous job.

Got a full gel set. Nails look huge, uneven, and un natural. I had to go home to re-​file and buff them down as much as I could. My thumb looks like a mans large toe. So annoying. Never going there again.

I am so proud to be adding this business! My first visit was awesome and I will always be going back. This is now under new management in a strip mall that is also pretty new in the Naperville area. Right now they are doing specials (which will change I’m sure) but here are the highlights:
–40 dollars for a Mani/​Pedi/​Eyebrow (10 dollar gift card will be given if you don’t want to get your eyebrows down)
–Enter in a lottery if you spend 25 dollars and win a prize (not lame ones either)
–Friendly service, but VERY VERY busy because they are great (make an appointment) and be patient, it’s worth it
–Clean and beautiful environment. New massaging chairs, regular chairs, bath and body work candles, sinks, flooring, decorations, loved it all, felt LA boutique style, nail technicians in uniforms
My nail technician was nothing short from AWESOME! He explained how OPI is awesome, but not for No Chip Gel (which is what I always did at my old salon) and how they believe in taking care of hands and nails. He made a guarantee that if the no chip gel starts chipping in less than 2 weeks than they will fix it for FREE. He was gentle with my nails when taking off my no chip gel soaking them with acetone and cotton ball wrapped with aluminum foil around my fingers (new to me).
I always get a no chip gel for 25 dollars (I get the no chip gel mani every couple months which is 35). They also are awesome about making you feel awesome! They offer coke products, water in a cup with a cover and straw, and red and white wine.
I can’t wait to go back for the awesome service and I LOVE my nails! What girl doesn’t wanna go home happy?

Went on a Wednesday afternoon about two or three weeks ago. Place is okay, but I didn’t particularly care for the doors being open… I like to be relaxing in the air conditioning when possible. Got the spa pedicure which was $ 30 (standard), my technician was nice, but she cut me 3 separate times, plus, once I was home, I noticed there were those annoying little bubbles that had risen to the top of the polish, so it looks horrible. I asked for her to cut my nails short but there were still long (again, didn’t notice until I was home).
Ugh, frustrating.
