I have been going to this place since it opened. Absolutely love it! Great color selection and very clean. Staff is very professional and the shellac last the full two weeks!!!

My go-​to place for mani’s and pedi’s. Clean, friendly, affordable, and I always leave feeling pampered.
If you are looking to receive a service at the same time as a friend, I would call ahead. They seem to really appreciate it, and I’ve never really had to wait.

Beyond disappointed! It’s been less than 24 hours and my nail polish is lifting! Three nails in 24 hours! Since the salon doesn’t have CNDC shellac, they only offer Gelish and OPI gel. I opted for a Gelish Polish.
The manicure was fine, the salon seems clean, and the place is quiet as in there’s no chatter amongst the workers.
However, I can’t justify paying $ 35 dollars for less than 24 hours. Not only that but they market a $ 33 manicure, when in reality it’s $ 35.
I’d say avoid this salon!
PS:
I’m very gentle with my hands: no washing dishes, cleaning, or anything extraneous.
I’m livid!

A friend and I decided to try out this nail salon before a movie. Both of us had never been, and both of us had not had our nails done in a long time.
We made a 6pm appt for manis and pedis.
We were not seated for our pedis about 10 minutes after 6. Luckily we told them as we were there only pedicures today.
The gals were very friendly and NOT pushy at all, which I really liked. Very clean and sanitary salon.
I was really impressed that they took there time. My pedi was about 40 min… and you can really tell when someone who actually cares what they are doing. Not a quick in/​out which I have had in the past. Very neat with their work.
Will definitely go back for my manicure!

My favorite place for a mani & pedi, very professional staff.
I had a gel French mani & pedi done before going on a beach vacation and they did a fabulous job specially with my toes. Happy to report that after 10 days of swimming, hicking and long walks my toes still look fantastic. Thank you

Everyone is very friendly here. The place is clean, well kept and equipped for several guests at a time. They prefer appointments but walk-​ins are fine, especially during the day. As other reviewers have said, their massages are awesome! They take their time, but I can appreciate a place that I can be in and out if needed.

Excellent manicure and pedicure — the best part is always the massage and these ladies do NOT disappoint. The chair massage was lovely and their massage of both my hands and feet/​calves was DIVINE! Good selection of services and fair prices. No drama and no smell of acrylics to make your eyes water like at other places. I’ll be back, for sure!

Since we didn’t have an appointment, we were told to come back in a few hours. But this was to be expected on a Saturday. We just went to Buchon bakery for a snack then headed back to the salon. My friend had a pedicure while I did the mani pedi combo. The massage chairs were a nice extra while the ladies scrubbed away our calluses. My friend actually fell asleep and almost kicked her person when she woke with a start. My arm and calf massages were nice. Our nail polishes were applied expertly. Since we both forgot to wear sandals, they inserted our feet into paper sandals. Nice touch. I liked the little station with fans bilt in so you can dry both hands and nails. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Price was decent too for Napa: $ 25 for pedi and $ 35 for the combo. Will definitely have to stop by here again next time I am in Napa.

This place is great! I just moved to Napa from the bay area and found Allure on Unilocal.I’m so happy I found this nail salon! The salon is full service giving a great mani/​Pedi and fantastic massage that I really needed! One of the best I have ever had!

Excellent service and diligent manicurists. Not cheap (but there aren’t cheap options here) and not quick (but the entire experience is very relaxing.
Highly recommend. Don’t even try the others.

I find that nail salons are hit and miss sometimes — seems that the more times you visit, the worse it gets. BUT this has not been my experience with Allure. i have been going there for the last year and always a good experience. Great staff, great manicures and pedicures. I always call ahead and never have to wait.

I just moved to the North end of Napa and after reading the reviews on Unilocal for the nail salon by Whole Foods, I was pretty disappointed until I found this place!
When I called for an appointment I was received with a warm and very inviting voice on the phone and in person when I arrived and met Vicki, the manager.
Nancy was my technician and she was AWESOME. She carefully de/​winterized my feet, and took her time through the whole process. The massage was AMAZING! I am used to be a Massage Therapist and tend to always be left very dissatisfied about this part, but she was strong, thorough, and had very skilled massage techniques!
Oh yeah, my toes looked great too! I got a French Pedicure and she did it exactly how I asked.
The place is little, quite, and very relaxing. New massage chairs, and it seems very clean. They are a little tucked away, and have only been open 7 months so I hope we give them enough business to stay!

I had a Pedii. They primp and pamper. Thorough! Just mention any problem areas, and Nancy will address. At the end… Very happy with my perfectly primped, toes!

The nail salon was extremely clean, bright and the girls were very nice and welcoming. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. The nail polish selection was very well organized by hues. The ladies were super nice and what I really like is they were quiet! They only talked to each other when they needed something. I didn’t feel judged!
The tools came from an autoclave so I know that they were very well sanitized which put me to ease. The chairs were clean and boy, were they comfortable. They also have a wonderful customer retention program — if you buy 10 nail treatments over $ 30 you get your 11th free… not bad. The reason for the minus 1 star. My manicure lasted 1 day before 8 of my nails got chipped :(Manicure didn’t last as long as I would have liked it. Maybe it was the nail polish company?

My favorite $ 25 pedicure place in town, hands down. The shop is quiet with soothing music and without the loud chatter between employees and customers. I love a relaxing pedicure which means I like reading or staring out the window during my time.
Also a big fan of the leg massage because the ladies out some muscle into it. We’ve all been to the other places that rub your legs and without any pressure, it just falls short. I enjoy the time and effort they put in to the massage.
Clean place with the buy 10 pedicure get one free cards which I’ve been slowly adding up!

I had a shellac manicure here right before NYE celebrations and I have to say I’m a fan. They have a nice selection of shellac colors and they’re very clean. The nail tech did a wonderful job shaping my nails and applying my shellac. The hand massage she gave me was awesome… one of the best ones I’ve had. I would definitely recommend them for your mani and pedi needs in Napa.

This place is lovely. As many people have written, they are under new ownership and although I can’t compare with how it was before it is certainly awesome now!
I had a mani/​pedi and my nails ended up looking beautiful. The massage chairs are wonderful and since my trapezoid was hurting like crazy, I was glad that they actually worked and gave me some relief.
The people working there were extremely pleasant and the place was clean and inviting.
