Payless Shoe Source has mostly the same items from store to store, but definitely not the same service. I called ahead to this Payless to see if they carried little girls’ ballet shoes since my local store discontinued that feature. The woman enthusiastically said yes and asked what size. I told her and she put me on hold to check to make sure she had them. She then offered to hold the shoes for me in both colors. I did not ask for any of this — she offered!
Sure enough, both boxes were waiting for me when I showed up making my trip quick and painless. Wonderful service!

These places are always exact carbon-​copies of eachother, but the service here was outstanding though! The manager was extremely friendly as were all the other employees.
