My regular shop doesn’t do exhaust work so they recommended Carolina Muffler & Brakes. Great customer service. Very clear about pricing and services. They give free estimates, and even provided me a ride back to my office while the repair was being done.

Carolina Muffler and Brake were a pleasure to deal with. The receptionist was kind and knowledgeable, and after explaining the work I’d like to have done, a technician was able to weld on the new exhaust component without any hassle or even an appointment.
They really went the extra mile to get me in and out without any inconvenience, going so far as to work 30 minutes past their closing time in order to finish the job.
Overall: Quality workmanship, friendly staff, and good prices. Would certainly recommend.

Oh WOW!!! We are super impressed not only with the friendliness of the owner, but the amazing speed with which they replaced the muffler on our food truck! We have never handed over the keys to a mechanic and gotten them back the same day. I wish we could give this guy 10 stars!
