I used to love this place. Haven’t been here in a long time, and today all disappointed. Customer service very poor. The hostess didn’t even bother to make any eye contact when we arrived. Beer was warm, the waitress suggested a chilled glass, but worthless. The glass was warm. Filthy bar. Poor on everything.

Everything was great! So good we forgot to take pictures. The only waitress on duty did a phenomenal job holding it down, she didn’t miss a beat. The food was cooked perfectly and the drink were on point! Great job for a small staff! We will be back!

I had the pot sticker appetizers. Not really well stuffed. My chicken was done well but the ribs are not a big reason to come here. Overall a little pricey for what you might get elsewhere.

Great atmosphere, good food, delicious drinks. I always come here for my two faves, Greenbean Fries & Sizzlin Chicken & Cheese. Drinks are awesome as well, lots of mixed drinks to choose from.

If the storefront of this place didn’t say«TGI Fridays»(and just said«FRIDAYS», indicating it has had a remodel), it would’ve gotten 4 stars. But I went in because I was in the area, and TGI Fridays is PROBABLY my favorite chain restaurant. They have an amazing STRIPES Program, for rewards, as well as coupons I get sent and other great perks, over some other places. They also have convenient locations throughout almost everywhere I go(just wish they didn’t close one of the locations near my house a few years ago in Norwood, still mad about that!). Anyway, I have high expectations for TGI Fridays. Specifically, I visit the amazing TGI in Milford most often(about once a month), and the Milford location continues to have higher expectation as time goes on. This location isn’t nearly as impressive. First impressions were ok. My party walked in and got seated. First issue, the floor was SO sticky. Don’t know how that happened, but I had trouble walking. Next, the restaurant is very old, and not renovated like the other TGI Fridays in the area(which is disappointing), and also wasn’t nearly as clean. I also was very disappointed with the booth I was at. I request a booth because it’s more comfortable than a table and usually more private. The booths at this location had NO privacy and had a glass bar looking to the next table, which annoyed me. Besides the point, the waiter, Kyle was very friendly, kind, and helpful, and got around to everything my party asked for. After we ordered, the manager came over and told us that they didn’t have something in one of our meals(grilled chicken was it?), and this was 5 – 10 minutes AFTER we ordered. Why didn’t they start the meals RIGHT after we ordered, EVERY other restaurant does, and really who wants to wait LONGER than they need to. Oh, and by the way, this wasn’t my meal, but another person in my party. They were able to choose something else, but I as well as the rest of my party were all disappointed on how long the manager took to let us know, and for that matter, I’ve NEVER had any experience in the past where a TGI Fridays has been out of something, just another reason to visit the Milford TGI Fridays in the future. Overall, the food came out later than hoped for or that I expected(plus the people sitting across from us, had to wait a lot longer, so I guess I should’ve been happy). The food WAS great, and the same as all other TGI Fridays locations I’ve been to, I order the same thing every time, the Classic Cheeseburger, which as I said, was delicious and the same as all of the other locations. Overall, I may return if in the area, but since there are SO many other restaurants in the area, I may go to another place, and go to my normal, amazing TGI Fridays locations, until this locations gets the kinks fixed. 3 stars.

Service here is always outstanding! My husband is a stripes member which is their reward program. The tgi Friday app wasn’t working correctly and our server took care of it. Always enjoy coming here.

This wouldve been a normal Tgifridays experience(basic, fine, etc), but the bartender was a dick and offensive. No stars.

We used to go to Friday’s when the kids were little but now they are adults. So we thought we’d drop in and see what we could have. Sat at the bar and ordered our drinks, ok then we waited for a bar tender to take the order. I think we waited awhile and had to flag one of them down, because it was so damn noisy in the place. She took our order, then moved in. Then we got our apps and they were OK. Looked like frozen chicken bites taken out of the freezer and deep fried then sauce thrown on the top. .eh! My wife had ordered soup and another app but I guess the bartender forgot and we tried to flag her down again. By this time my wife was totally frustrated because when she got the soup it was terrible and she couldn’t finish it! This place needs an over haul. We’ll wait another 15 to 20 years before back to Friday’s.

Went for a late dinner with my family and the experience left a lot to be desired. It was 25 minutes before the waitress came to us stating no one told her we were there. We gave her the complete order since we had enough time to review. We ordered drinks along with a round of waters which never came. The appetizers never came, we ordered the unlimited pot stickers and only got 5 because she never came back to check on us. She kept apologizing but the service didn’t improve. We’ve been to this location a few times but for the amount of money we spend its really not worth it.

My boyfriend and I came here on a Friday night. We sat down at a sticky table. Food was okay. Went to go use my fork to only find it filthy with left over food from the last person. Disgusting. Every time I come here it’s always a bad experience. Would rather go to the one in Mansfield.

I’ve never had a problem with this Friday’s location. My food is always good and promptly brought out. I’ve never had a bad waiter/waitress. The place could be a little cleaner. Sitting in the bar area can be really noisy so if you aren’t there to watch a game or be in a loud atmosphere opt for the dining room.

I rarely go into TGI Friday’s anymore, but found one close by and I didn’t have access to football, so I figured I’d go into the bar area, watch football, have a beer and an appetizer. The appetizers were ok, not great, but filling, the beer was good and cold(I had the Octoberfest from Sam Adams and it definitely hit the spot. The place was clean and the staff were nice, but not sure I’d go back, unless they had a good special on food/beer to bring me in.

Overall, my experience was exactly what I expected for a Wednesday night. Friendly, attentive waitress. My wife and I ordered the 5 for $ 22 appetizers. The corned beef sliders were fantastic. The Thai pork tacos were ok if you like coleslaw. The fried meatballs were interesting… I really liked them, just never had a fried meatball before. The brochette was fantastic. Finally, the steak skewers were good, but small. For desert, we ordered the whiskey cake. It was good, but served a little too warm and the ice cream melted before we really got to enjoy it. Also, it was supposed to be covered in pecans, but they ran out. For a restaurant where 3 or it’s 6 deserts include pecans, how do you run out? Overall, I was happy! Would recommend for a quick, fun night out.

Been coming here for past 13 years. Has gone downhill recently. Dirty. Menu items not as described. Issues across the board. Came because we had a coupon. Probably not coming back soon.

OK, so in my early twenties I had the Friday’s card and went there three times out of the week… but now, meh… the food is below sub-par and extremely unhealthy. Friday’s has never really had«healthy» food, but it just seems to be getting worse. For starters regarding my last experience, I went here for apps after a lovely dinner at Asterisk(you know the deal… you drink a few and within a few hours you get hungry again!). The host/waiter who welcomed us proceeded to bring us to the official dining room, but we wanted to sit in the bar area since we were not having the standard meals. There was a table in the corner in the bar area open but not cleaned. We let him know we wanted that one. He said it would be a few minutes(because he didn’t want to clean it). We were about to clean it ourselves after standing there for five minutes while he did other things. Finally another waitress asked if we were being helped and we told her we have been waiting for the table to be cleaned. In a frantic hurry running around bringing plates to other tables she asked him to do it for her. About another five minutes later, he finally did a quick wipe that took all of two seconds. Fortunately The female waitress we had was amicable. No amount of friendliness from the waitress could make up for the quality of food and drinks we were to served. The first skinny cosmo was decent, of decent texture, sweetness. When I asked for another it was like a completely different drink… watered down, too sugary, no garnish. If I wasn’t getting such a stomach issue from the pretzel and cheese basket(more like grease with a few pretzels) I would have demanded my drink to be fixed but I just wanted to get out of there. I have had ok food from this establishment before so I gave it two stars… but based on this experience(especially if it was my first visit) I would have given it 1 star. Friday’s original décor and food was so much better, it has changed so drastically it seems to have gone out into the stratosphere. Food is overly greasy, salty and the décor is confused. As an old faithful customer(I mean someone who frequented so much I had free dinners with my points) I really think this franchise needs an overhaul. This location is consistent with other chains minus the inconsistent bartenders and lazy host, dressed as a waiter(I don’t know who the heck he was maybe he didn’t work there and was playing dress up). Overall this place is good for food and drink when all the other places have closed(I think that is what keeps it in business) and for teenagers that love salty, greasy food unconcerned with their arteries as of yet. For dinner in the dinner time frame, go somewhere else!!!

I enjoy this TGI Fridays due to the customer service. Everyone is just very friendly, so it makes for a relaxed atmosphere. The waitress, who was pregnant, was working very hard! Word of warning– the French onion soup isn’t that good. The Jack Daniels chicken sandwich was yummy, but pitifully few fries on the plate which seems more like corporate rationing. I prefer actual restaurants to chains but in a pinch this works fine.

This place is nasty. Went there for dinner with the family, and I will NEVER return. Server was extremely loud and annoying and trying to hard to be over friendly. We ordered our food, took forever to get there. When it finally did most of it was wrong, we finally got it back pretty quick and started eating, than it happened. While eating my chicken sandwich, I bit into something that was not chicken at all, I pulled out from my mouth a huge chunk of paper! I proceeded to remove bun off sandwich and there was paper throughout the sandwich! Yuck. I wanted to vomit. I was so disgusted I couldn’t even look at it, the waiter was no where to be found so I had to get up and ask host for a manager. Manger came over in a speedy fashion, and I told him what he happened. He to was grossed out, than proceeded to tell me that usually glass and staples wind up in food, why the heck would you tell a patron who already found gross things in their food that? Weird! Needless to say I refused to pay and manager was ok with that. Kept offering more food but after that I definitely declined. Needless to say will NEVER step foot in any Fridays again, especially this one. So grossed out it wasn’t even funny.

Before we begin I have a confession to make. In the 80s the only thing I did more frequently than eat at TGI Fridays was sleep. Maybe. It might be a toss up. We’re talking walk on, wave to the bartender and out would come food and beer. No ordering required. Menu changes over the years have meant I rarely stop in much these days, but this was one of those,“I here, they’re here, my stomach is telling me things will go poorly for me if I don’t eat soon” kind of days. Mostly I’m glad I did. The Jack Daniels sampler platter, while smaller than I remember was just as tasty as ever and the new pretzel sticks with beer cheese dipping sauce sounded amazing. Sounded. I’ve had pretzel bread elsewhere and enjoyed it. Sadly here the sticks were overcooked and a bit dry. They should be soft, buttery, and warm. Instead I got hard, gritty and room temperature. The French onion soup is still the best I’ve had at a chain. Atmosphere is exactly what you expect from a Friday’s. You can compare your old album collection to the one on the back wall or find items you probably owed and had forgotten about scattered around. Whether you like that or not is your call, I happen to enjoy it. What I didn’t enjoy was the temperature. Sure it’s cold out, but that doesn’t mean I want to roast while having lunch. Seriously, the temperature of the room was warmer than the pretzel sticks. I’ll probably be back for some Jack Daniels ribs in the future. They really are one of the best things one the menu. But I’m still going to lament my long lost fried mushrooms. :)

I am so confused as to how many stars to leave them. I came in here to treat myself to a black bean burger as I had a free burger from my rewards club. I had a half an hour for lunch, so I was a little nervous that I would make it in and out in time. Well, I arrived, and there was only one other person who had already been served at the bar. Immediately after me, someone else sat down. About five minutes goes by and no bartender. And when she DOES come out, she waits on the other person first! But I order and literally 4 minutes later my food came out! It was kind of weird, you almost don’t trust something cooked that quickly! THISIS A NOTEFORTGIFRIDAY’S CORPORATE: you think that we don’t notice that you’re giving us less fries? Just because you wrap it up in fancy paper(which by the way is kind of annoying), it doesn’t make it look like I am getting better value! It actually makes me think I am overpaying! So all in all, although things got off to a rocky start, and there were some bumps along the way, I write this review on the three star side rather than the two, because I feel that the girl was trying, she must have had a bad day, and also, I was in and out within a half an hour.
