So this is a chain restaurant, can’t expect amazement but hey they do have great pizza! Went late on a Saturday night, sat at the bar and got some good food for only $ 12. They have a special 2 items for $ 12 so I went with the strawberry salad and the classic deep dish pizza. This was more than enough food and it tasted good, again nothing that I would crave but it was what I expected. I liked that by choosing this option the pizza was smaller than a small so there wasn’t leftovers. The bartender was really friendly and attentive. I would go back for a low key late night dinner.

Sorry that I need to update to a 1 star review. But Ziosk is horrible, and seems to be designed to eventually replace human workers(even if remaining workers and management have been convinced that it helps efficiency — for the remaining workers — and makes their job easier…). Until it is gone, we can’t come back, and we can’t recommend this restaurant to others. It’s a shame, as you’ll see from my past review, we used to love this place. When Ziosk or other similar systems are removed from the restaurant and we can feel good about supporting it again, we will return, and I will update this review to reflect that.

We used to frequent this restaurant when it first opened, but lately it’s been on a decline, and last night was very disappointing. The highlight of this restaurant is the wait staff… always pleasant, friendly, and attentive, they do all they can for the diners, and deserve recognition for their efforts. However, there seems to be a new micromanager, whose frequent laps around the dining room was very disconcerting. Do you really need to pass by our table three times before we’ve even gone halfway through the entrée, with an expression that immediately brought back a quote from Robert Shaw in the film«Jaws»: “Sometimes that shark, he looks right into you. Right into your eyes. You know the thing about a shark, he’s got… lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll’s eye. When he comes at ya, doesn’t seem to be livin’. Until he bites ya and those black eyes roll over white.“ Speaking of the entrée, the waitress happened by as I was telling my wife that the pasta in my entrée was lukewarm at best, while the chicken was nearly volcanic in temperature… Ramsay would have had a stroke if one of his staff had brought this dish to the pass to be served. The waitress apologized, and asked if I’d like to speak to her micromanager, which I immediately declined — see the Jaws quote above. I feel bad for the wait staff here, between the wireless terminals on the tables that take away their ability to interact with the customers, the micromanager that literally hovers over them and the dining room, and the kitchen’s lack of attention to even the simple task of heating up orders that were prepared elsewhere. Clearly, we’ll be looking for a new location to visit on those evenings when we choose to go out and enjoy a relaxing meal instead of cooking at home.

This is probably the only chain restaurant we frequent. For a few good reasons: 1) it’s convenient for us 2) its a great place to eat with a toddler 3) we love getting take out(they have a 5 $ deal on the second pizza which is a rockin deal) 4) we love the energy of the place and the food and the staff(ok that was like 3 more reasons not one but thats ok). Whenever there has been a mistake; the management goes above and beyond to correct it. We have received uno bucks whenever something in order was wrong or if the food was unsatisfactory(with takeout) and they have corrected it immediately when dining in. I really like the takeout person Cody. He is super friendly on the phone and really pleasant in person too. I have only had poor service there one time and for all the times we have been there, that’s not bad! They do curbside for takeout which us awesome. I highly recommend the salad with goat cheese and i think its a blueberry or ras vinigerrette(i forget which but its super yummy). And you can do it as a side salad or and entrée! Also the shroom pizza is out of this world(deep dish of course). I like that they give you coupons on their email list too!

My trip to UNO’s wasn’t the best I had. When we were seated we ordered drinks and the waitress offered breadsticks so we got breadsticks. Breadsticks were lousy. It was more crispy and greasy more than soft and warm. I ordered the pepperoni deep dish pizza and by the pictures on the menu they looked delicious. But when the food came out 10 minutes later which I consider fast for a pizza it was sloppy and looked like the cook threw all the toppings on and threw it in the oven. I picked the pizza up and everything fell off the pizza and the pizza tasted like cheese and nothing else. I tasted no sauce or the tomatoes they added on. Before eating the crust you couldn’t taste the bottom of the pizza. I enjoyed the crust more than the actual pizza. UNO’s only gets two stars because of the service and our waitress named Holly was extremely polite and cool. I probably won’t be coming back to UNO’s for a while.

The food is great, but the delivery and take out service is far from superb. They used to deliver to my house all the time, but now I never know. Sometimes they do and sometimes they require me to go pick it up because I am outside of the delivery range– which I’m not. Also, I don’t get everything I ordered and I had to wait 15 min for them to come out to my car with my food. I highly recommend eating AT the restaurant than using the delivery/take out services.

Uno’s Chicago Bar & Grill has been recently renovated(S. Attleboro location) and the tables are nice and shiny;in the bar section and we miss the coat hooks on the sides of booths and the vertical glass between booths(more open feeling now), but love the new, larger tv. sets for sports. Staff will change a channel if you ask them. The wait staff is wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, friendly(treat you like you are coming into their home) and seem happy to cook your food the way you like it. The food is so various, it may take you a while to get through the menu. I miss the fish medley(three types of fish, old menu), but there are so many options, including«gluten free» section. I usually eat fish or chicken dishes and the herbs and spices used are tantalizing: roasted vegetables are always slightly crunchy. Only issue with food I’ve had is that the clam chowder is sometimes too thin, but still very tasty, iced tea is real brewed and delicious, as well as the Skinny Peach martini!(less calories than standard martini).

Pretty decent food. Some things are better done than others. Pretty good variety. This location is piloting giving the kids dough to play with… very handy for fidgety kids. Not too much in terms of low cal fare. Good for families. Bar is descent for the adults, but can get rowdy… I’d ask for the dining are if you have them with you.

We hit Uno’s on a really really busy night since they had a promo going, but it was worth the wait. I know it’s a chain, but this is one of the few that I like to frequent since I’m never disappointed. They were trying out new menu items and gave us samples of some of those items. Try the gnocci– you won’t be disappointed! The manager came by and checked in with us which is always nice to see as well. Friendly atmosphere and there’s no nearby substitute for a deep dish pizza.

Excellent pizza, the order is always correct and the service is outstanding. I recommend UNO to anybody that loves Chicago Deep Dish. Other menu items are excellent as well. Check it out, the Deep Dish is really good.

I find this to be one of the better chains. Clean, better than average and great specials. I Love their potato skin pizza(although not great on the waistline). Also their specials are great. If you are looking for a place to eat late, they offer apps half off(some 3 dollars at most). The drink specials are really good too. I used to love Fridays in the early 2000’s but UNO’s is much better overall. The only thing lacking is organization during big promos like buy one get one free pizza nights.

My sis and I decided to stop by for a little valentine’s day lunch. Upon arriving, the hostess was so welcoming and sat us immediately. When we sat down the waitress gave us a few minutes to get situated and brought us our drinks right away. It was kind of busy so the food took a little while to come out but it wasn’t too long of a wait and the food was delicious. The manager came over to welcome us and ask us how we were doing. That goes a long way with me because it’s always good to know customers come first. The establishment was nice and clean and the atmosphere was lively! And once again, the food was absolutely amazing. Thanks to Nelson for running a great restaurant and Kari for great service!!!

Went tonight, which is a Tuesday night at 7:00 for dinner with my parents. Thinking it wouldn’t be too busy and it wasn’t. My dads a huge hockey fan and we went thinking we could watch the Bruins while we ate and no. They only had TVs in the bar area which I get but he was upset. My mom and I both got the Wildberry Lemonade which was delicious but barely tasted the alcohol. My parents got the Chi-town sampler? A little stingy on the food. Barely anything to it and missing 2 sauces. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo. Took about 30 – 35 min for our food to get to our table which is a long time even on a busy night. Our waitress was very sweet and stayed on top of our needs but the food came out slow. Tasted great though, had a coupon and will return just disappointed tonight

UNOs UNOs UNOs have you exceeded my expectations at this location, on top of my love already for you. Yesterday was my first day eating at this location, but since I’m an UNOs lover I already expected this place to be amazing to begin with but boy was I shocked . Walking in they have numerous employees greeting you with smiles and welcoming kind words. And I don’t mean regular working employees these employees looked very into the job they have. While being seated for 2 we were placed near the fire place that could’ve been seated for 4, but since I was sick to begin with they went above and beyond to keep me warm in these freezing cold conditions in New England! Can you say brownie points for this one! Our servers name was Madison she was great. Her service was amazing, and her smile made it easy to ask a million questions without receiving an attitude. She was very attentive and was always around never had to go looking for her. She also stayed on top of our drinks, which I love because I hate having to wait around for an hour for a refill. I ordered the Chicken Parm and my mother ordered the Shrimp Scampi we both loved our meals, and were already full to begin with because we started with the Shrimp and Crab Dip appetizer which is my favorite and encourage everyone to get! UNOs is always reasonable with prices to begin with, and you get amazing service which is a plus. I always mention UNOs to all my family members and friends and Unilocalers but if you get a chance visit this location and I can almost bet you money that this location will make you want to go back again just for the pleasant experience.

Let me just start off by saying that I don’t go to chain restaurants for a reason. Why did I go today? Because I had to. It wasn’t my day. I was being polite and just going with the flow. Of course, I did throw my little jab in as half of our party was being seated while waiting for the other half(one of whom recommended we have lunch at Uno’s) to arrive. I gave my little rant on why I don’t like chain restaurants which includes: why oh why, are you people going to a place like this when the area we live in is regarded as one of the best in the country for cuisine? Why? Back to the review. The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because of the service. I have to say that everyone we dealt with today, from the hostess to our waitress to the manager, was extremely pleasant and attentive. We had a party of 9 adults and 2 children and even though a reservation was made, it’s still a good number of people to have to deal with a 1 in the afternoon. That having been said, none of us ordered anything extravagant. A few of us has requests to hold one thing or another, myself included. My particular order was some sort of a salad with chicken strips, cheese, honey mustard dressing, tomatoes and I had asked them to hold the vermicelli and red peppers, however; they did not. So while everyone else was eating, I was sitting at the table drinking my coffee. It was fine, really… I wasn’t pouting like a toddler. Everyone seemed satisfied with their meals, but this is also a group of people who live in small towns in CT and they don’t have nearly as many non-chain restaurant options as we do here. The surroundings were comfortable, clean and bright. I personally wouldn’t go back here, but I do see why people with young children may want to come here, once in a blue moon.

I’m not sure if this restaurant thought that offering a coupon or even a free meal would bring us back. I replied, and reminded them that I said we were done with them. It was the third strike. I just didn’t want anyone to think we had changed our minds. We didn’t and we won’t.

Sadly they removed the $ 9.99 menu– it was only a trial. So while the salads are still good and fresh, the pizzas seem to always come out overcooked. I don’t want my cheese brown all over. I sent it back twice and just gave up. The rest of the food I have tried, like the sliced chicken with a big salad, the chicken was hard and overcooked. Maybe the glitter has faded, but I think the quality of the food has diminished in both the thin and pan pizza. Since pizza is what they are known for…
