All these chain places make the crappiest drinks so I generally order a shot with my drink so I’m not just getting juice. I know I have to pay for it I don’t expect anything for free but they don’t do that here so here I sit with my water with lemon disappointed, my food better be bomb.

So UNO’s used to be our number one. And since we’ve been frequenting 99 we are at 100%! Love that they have booths to make you comfortable .even if you have to wait for them sometimes. UNO’s they shove tables in for revenue and it’s noisy. Food and servers always top notch.

Dont hate it. Dont ever do chain restaurants but I dont mind the 99. Foods usually decent, spacious locations, great staff. S. A has a clean location. Loads of food and drink specials which is always a plus. When the Red sox take it home, kids eat free the following day. My experience this weekend was pretty average. Called ahead, was seated within 7 minutes with 4 other family members. Waiter was over immediately, took orders. I had the Chicken parm. It was delivered cold, looked nothing like the picture. My sauce was on the side in a seperate bowl from my pasta which was as dry as it was clammy. My chicken was just a fried piece with melted cheese on top. In their defense the place was PACKED I mean people were standing and waiting everywhere for tables. But damn, I really at the very least wanted a half way chicken parm with enough sauce gor noodles AND chicken… but for $ 10 screw it, ill prob be back.

I’m not a fan of restaurant chains but we were shopping and it was the most convenient for lunch. We sat at the bar, ordered drinks, food and everything came out normally as expected. It was typical lunch food(sandwich wrap and a burger). It was very good. I was just finishing my beer when I noticed a giant lump of what could only be yeast at the bottom. I was so disgusted, but also felt like a jerk for saying something since the beer was literally almost gone. The bartender immediately told the manager and I figured they’d take the beer off the bill. The manager came over to apologize and also informed me that their beer lines are cleaned professionally every week. She would like the guy know tomorrow about this. She took the beer and my food off the bill. That was very well handled by the bartender and management! I did not expect for her to apologize AND comp my meal and beer — that was above and beyond customer service. Thank you!

I went for a snack and a beer. Although the food is as expected of a chain restaurant the service was phenomenal. Gina the bartender made me feel welcome and comfortable as I sat by myself getting a little paperwork done. They also have great Wi-Fi which is a major plus!

Golden Fever Boneless Wings! Seriously — they should just add a side of anything and offer these as a meal! On our most recent trip we got the golden fever wings as an appetizer… yeah we had to share! While we waited the waitress brought us cheese and crackers as well as popcorn. I got the burger that had delicious maple mayo and bacon on it — needless to say — that thing was devoured! The man got the chicken parm and our dinner mates both got burgers — stuffed, happy table all around! I’m not usually a fan of chains — but this 99 location is always on point. Great service and good food — just avoid the Seekonk location — sooooo bad!

Good Chain restaurant. Very rarely have I had something I didn’t like. I find service here to be above average and can only think if 2 times it was really bad. I do find that the portions are getting smaller, and I am not sure why they bother to serve the tired steamed veggies with the meals.(I usually go with corn — not much you can do to it) Its a go-to for our busy family, something for everyone and while not fine dining, perfectly pleasant family atmosphere

99 restaurant is a pretty decent chain. They have a pretty good selection and variety on their menu, which appeals to many different palates. Family-friendly, clean, & affordable. For those of us in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area, kids eat free when the Red Sox win. So, depending on how they’re doing, visiting here can be very budget friendly. The only complaint I have with this place is the fact that there’s no consistency with the waitstaff. You can go and have a fantastic server one day, and one that totally dropped the ball the next day. In the drinks, as with most chain restaurants, are very watered-down. If you’re going to charge me money for an alcoholic beverage, I dang well want to taste the alcohol… LOL! So for that reason, I stick to beer

Stating the positives first. I have dined at this 99 for numerous years and one constant is that of a professional and friendly staff. Servers have always been been kind, prompt and attentive. Likewise, both the restaurant along with the restroom have always been neat and clean. Dining with guests were we never rushed even towards closing time. Now the negatives. While the food has always been fairly tasty since 99 chain was bought out a few year back and the meal presentations have changed. In my opinion, portions sizes, especially meats, seem to have been reduced. Here a couple of examples. First, the large entrée salads still contain lots of veggies but seem to have at least one less piece of chicken on them. The desserts’ sizes seem have been reduced too. The large deep goblets which held the ice cream sundaes were replace with a taller but more shallow martini shaped which seems to hold less ice cream but look as tall as the original presentation. In my opinion, because the 99 never gave ample portions but«just enough» these small changes(a possible reduction of each item by a few ounces) leaves me less satisfied. Even many of the food items pictured in the menus now seem small portioned so there is no complaint about seeing a «larger pictured» meal. I would be interested to read if anyone else thinks as me. In closing I would have a 2 stars but the great staff moves me to give a three stars.

This is a solid chain restaurant. The food is as expected. Not bad, just uninspired and made according to instructions. The place is clean and the service is good.

Not the Worst Chain For some reason I don’t hate this chain. Usually I do, but for some reason the 99 seems to satisfy in its own cheesy way. This particular location has a very large bar and usually has pretty good specials on food and beer. The service is always very good as well. I like how they have smaller portions if you just want to grab a bite and a drink and not necessarily a full meal. The 99 has perfected the boneless buffalo wing. They are always cooked right and their sauce is pretty damn good for a chain restaurant. Overall 99 is one of the few chains that in a pinch I will stop in to eat and have a beer, you could do a hell of a lot worse. Thanks

We visit the 99 often, sometimes to eat there, sometimes for take out. I can’t ever remember having a bad meal. The servers are always friendly and quick. The last time we went was a rainy Friday night. Although the parking lot was very crowded we were seated right away. My husband and I were both in the mood for fish and chips. The fish was super fresh, crunchy outside and tender inside. Awesome cole slaw as well, and only $ 11! Other favorites include the chicken fingers(plain and buffalo), ribs and prime rib. And of course the fresh, free popcorn. We will be back!

We come here all the time because it’s kid friendly. The popcorn is usually stale so when it’s offered, pass. The kids meals are free with adult purchase on the day after the Red Sox win. The Balsamic glazed chicken is really good. Their mashed potatoes are the bomb. All of the wraps are pretty safe as well. Nothing spectacular here but decent and very inexpensive. Save room for dessert. The pecan pie and mint chocolate pie are mouth watering.

I love the 99 and this one is no exception. Went for dinner around 8 on Tuesday night. Our waitress was awesome and the food was delicious. My friend had the barbecue chicken flat bread and I had the tropical chicken salad but they let me substitute shrimp, it was so good! If you go for no other reason, go for the free popcorn! I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but the 99 is a personal fave. Great food, great service, great prices, you really can’t go wrong!

To my surprise I found only 7 reviews for ninety Nine!!! I and my friends were there for a quick evening snack on Friday. It was quite busy but luckily we were seated within 15 minutes. Coming to food we ordered Boneless Wings & Skins Sampler… Chicken Wings perfectly cooked and a perfect combination with beer. Three Cheese Nachos Tortilla chips smothered in Queso, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses topped with salsa, jalapeños, fresh cilantro and sour cream. The waitress was friendly, attentive and service was fine. They had a very big parking lot.

Ommmmaaaahhhh Gawd! Prime rib, baked potato, and asparagus. They grilled the asparagus! Yay! A chain restaurant I love! Good salty crust on the prime rib, just how it is supposed to be. My man had the turkey tips, sounds odd. But it was just as good. The cook needs a raise. The turkey is hard to charbroil without drying it out, it was perfect. The only bad part. Fries sucked! Like cold redropped, microwaved grease sponges. Their fry cook needs a swift kick. Lost a star for that.
