Charcoal Brazilian Steakhouse

Well, I’d like to review the food, but we didn’t even get that far! We were seated, waited 20 minutes for our server… who never came but walked past us three times. I asked the guy next to us if he had been waiting long, he said we should leave while we were still ahead and that his food off the menu was horrible. The couple behind him said their meat slices were good, but getting the server or anyone other than the meat slicers to come to the table was ridiculous. We looked around, no manager around. We asked the host if she would be much longer, and she said yes, that our server was extremely busy. Then why seat in her section? We finally walked out 30 minutes after walking in. Hope your experience is better than ours.

Would not recommend, from out side it looks classy but inside not so much. Salad came with plastic cup that held your dressing and your drinks also came in plastic cups. Not what i was expecting

Horrible!!! The rodizio sucks. The guys w food kept forgetting to stop at our table (we sat in the middle). Poor service and food was bad. Burned and not seasoned. Do not come here and waste the $ 40 per person.

Been to several Brazilian steakhouses and this is the worst. Total bill for five a little over two hundred dollars. First off we called ahead to make sure we would be getting lamb, my daughters favorite. Yes! Lamb is being served! After having chicken, pork, more chicken, flank steak, filet, chicken, pork sausages, we finally asked where is the lamb??? Finally, we were served lamb, when we kiddingly asked for more the gaucho claimed that this was a $ 200.00 slab of meat. WOW! In some other alternate universe maybe… lol and that he couldn’t be to generous. Nobody ate any that we took. it was also RAW! The sausages were raw, too.
Anyway, we paid $ 200 for a bunch of chicken, flank steak and an okay salad bar… A huge ripoff especially when you consider how rude the service people were.

This place is just ok. It’s combined with Kansas City Steakhouse, meaning it’s one dining room but two different menus. So some tables are eating steaks (KC Steakhouse) while other tables are waiting for meat to be brought to them on a spit (Brazilian). It takes away from the unique experience of going to a Brazilian steakhouse. Plus, because this means there aren’t that many people there for Brazilian, the meats don’t come out as often as you’d like them to. And you could go your whole meal without seeing a meat that you want. Much of the meat was dry and overlooked. You can still have a good meal here. But if you have ever been to a high end Brazilian steakhouse, then you might be disappointed by this one.
