Visit this location frequently. Have been very happy with the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff until the past couple of months. This location had maintained regular employees for so long and now seems to be a revolving door with only a handful of the long term employees still there. The beverages are off, the newbies don’t seem to care to recognize you and it isn’t as clean as should be. And, they seem to have this system for cleaning the steam wand that just doesn’t seem to be very sanitary. would love to attach pic of their system. Basically a clear container of shallow liquid with a white cloth sitting in the liquid. It is used over and over to wipe the wand so if you have a dairy allergy be concerned as most of the time the cloth is not even in the liquid. Seems this is not very sanitary which is apparently their opinion of this method — to clean and sanitize the wand :-(

Best Starbucks around in the area. Don’t waste your time at the Meijer Starbucks unless it’s absolutely convenient for your grocery shopping. Friendly baristas!

Very impressed with this Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and quick to make drinks. Love that there’s a drive through! The line was pretty long on Black Friday due to the proximity to the mall, but it moved plenty quickly!

Usually Starbucks are something you can count on but obviously this one is fairly new to the area because it was the slowest service I have ever experienced. I will not avoid Starbucks but this one needs a little help.
