Healthy Nails

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP AGAIN! I needed a repair on 1 nail. Jennifer charged me $ 5. and assured me that the gel she put on would stop my nail from cracking further. After only 2 days, the crack went right thru the gel. Jennifer must know that gel is the wrong thing to use because it is so soft. I have natural nails and didn’t know this. I went back on that second day and she wanted to charge me $ 5 more to fix HER mistake! She was very rude to me and refused my offer of $ 3. for the second fix, since she did it wrong the first time. Don’t give your business to this shop. There are many nail shops in Murrieta that do a better job and treat customers fairly.

most horrible nail job I’ve ever gotten, I am a lisenced cosmetologist and I haven’t seen this bad of a full set since school! I payed 40 bux for st pattys nails and they lifted the very next day also it took the girl almost 2 ½ hours to do my nails and I don’t have time like that. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

This place changed it’s name to Healthy Nails & has new owners. I had been to K & T nails once before and it was about a 2 star experience. This time was much better. It was a Saturday afternoon and I expected to wait for a pedicure. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly lady who gave me a price for what I needed and offered me a pedicure spot right away. I loved that she asked what temp I prefered the water to be before she filled up the tub because I happen to like it cooler. She offered to start my massage chair for me also. Everyone spoke english the whole time I was there (for those of you who have that concern…). Mui did my basic spa pedi ($ 15 plus tip) and my toes turned out good, about the same as anywhere else I’d been for this price and definitely better then I could ever do myself. She was very thorough and took her time. If time is an issue for you I would mention it before so the process could go faster. I didn’t mind since I was relaxing. I was never asked to buy «extras», no upselling is a major plus to me! I also liked that Mui was not very chatty, since I just wanted to rest and enjoy quiet. My only criticism is that I do think that they need more nail polish colors and newer nail polish (a few looked older and separated) but sometimes I bring my own polish anyway… Overall it was a great service for the price and I will be back!
