Been going to Jay for years… love her! Jay will do a great job and get you in and out quickly if that is what you need. I am always short on time and Jay gets it. She takes me in right when I am scheduled and gets me out when I need to get out. I have been to other places in the past where I end up being there for hours because they do haircuts in between my color setting, etc which means I typically ended up sitting around much longer than I needed to be. Donna in the front is awesome as well.

Sarah R. is amazing! This was my first time having my hair cut by her and I couldnt be happier! She was professional, skilled and genuinely friendly. I brought all of my styling products that I currently have to my appointment with her in hopes that she would teach me how to use them on my new haircut. She not only did that but also taught me a new way to curl my hair as well. I will absolutely be going back to her and refering all of my friends!

Highly highly highly recommend going to MARK he did wonders with my daughters hair. Best color correction I’ve seen. He had the best advice and most knowledge of any stylist I’ve been to. Won’t go to anyone else again.

Came here to see Mark on the recommendation of a friend. I was blown away by how knowledgable he was about all things hair and what a super cool guy he was.
I always used to cut my own hair and only started going to a salon in the last few years. My first couple places I never really liked what they did and couldn’t find a good stylist that i felt listened to me and did what I wanted.
Mark not only executed what I wanted but also helped me out with different things I could do with my hairstyle. He knows all the latest trends and puts in work!!! He’s always hustling working all hours of the day to be the best he can be as a stylist. He does both men’s and women’s hair.
I’ve recommended him myself to a friend, he also loves what his hair looks like now and continues to come back to Mark.
I now look forward to getting my hair done because I know I’m always going to look good when I leave.

I had a facial and wax with Aileen last week while on vacation. I wish I can take her home with me! She is the best.
First she waxed my eyebrows exactly how I wanted it.
The facial was amazing. It was probably the best facial I’ve ever had. It actually looked like I had make up on when I looked at my face and it was glowing! My previous facials at other places my face was clean, but red, and I felt like I couldn’t go anywhere afterwards.
And it was sooo relaxing I didn’t want to leave. I also purchased the Image products she used on me. Last but not least her facials are reasonably priced and she is the sweetest person.

Just dropped in for a hair cut, met Kaitlin. Awesome hair cut and attention to detail! Finally, a great cut Thanks Kait. I’d highly recommend her.

My beautiful hair goddess (Lori Hugo) came to Fletcher-​Smith Spa after Front Street Sudios closed their doors. What a wonderful change! This spa is gorgeous. I love the staff there, I love the look of the spa and I love that I can go there and see my girl Lori who does wonders to make me look years younger every time.

This place is AWESOME! This is my second time here for color. Jay Wade is the gal that does my hair. I Love her work and her suggestions for my hair type are always wonderful and I go home with a lot of great ideas. I highly recommend asking for Jay.

I highly recommend Jay Wade! She is the consummate professional who prizes continuing hair education. She became my stylist after I suffered a horrible experience from another salon that burnt parts of my hair. She is the best at color, extensions, highlights, split end mender-​you name it, she does it! My hair is healthy and looks gorgeous thanks to her! I trust her completely with my hair and I’ve been going to her for over two years; I can’t stand regrowth, so I’m in her chair a lot. If that isn’t enough, not only is she a wonderful stylist but she is caring and always gets me in and accommodates my crazy schedule!

Go see Annie! I had the best cut & color with her this past weekend! She is incredibly friendly and really knows how to style a cut to make it look fantastic. She also gave me lots of tips for styling… you know how every stylist recommends using a round brush… well she actually tells you how to do it :). My only complaint is that I wish I would have found her sooner… I move back to the east coast in a few weeks and wish I could take her with me :).

Love this salon! Mark does my hair here and he is always honest with me about everything. I always walk out of this salon with beautiful hair and a smile on my face.

Mark is awesome. Went in there not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair so he told me what he would do and I went with it. So happy I did. Awesome color with a few highlights in the front and cut shorter then I have had it in awhile. Something totally new and I love it. Not only did I look awesome when I left, it took half the time than it normally takes people to do a full color with highlights two glazes and a cut. Ask for Mark and let him do his thing!

Went to Fletcher Smith by the recommendations of my co worker. The salon itself was very classy looking and staff were very welcoming and professional. I am very particular of what I look for in a salon and I was definitely impressed. Annie did a great job on my hair and even gave me a scalp massage which was nice. The thing that stuck out for me the most was the out going yet professional vibe I got from Annie and the salon as a whole …5 stars well earned I’ll be back!

I’ve been seeing stylist Jay Wade for many years (too many to count)! She is a MASTER at color and always manages to make my thin straight hair look healthy and pretty and most importantly easy for me to duplicate! She’s fast and friendly and always takes time to listen to my questions and guide me with her expertise. You’ll love Jay Wade! She’s the best! xxoo

Jennifer Peebles is the best!!! She saved my hair from the worst cut and color ever!

Stay away from the Sylist Jay Wade there unless you want to be burned — both by the water and the blow dryer (when you complain, she tells you «you must be on your period»)…also in her attempt to get hair dye off of my hairline around face — she LITERALLY rubbed my skin RAW… I blistered and peeled for five days… couldn’t even sleep that night… She is A NIGHTMARE — when I told her she was scrubbing my skin too hard she laughed and said «no charge for the «dermabrastion» is exactly what it felt like… I will never step foot in there again. — there are so many great places — to use a place like this is just ridiculous. Not to mention they use the brand «wella» for hair color — CHEAP CRAP.

After much consideration, I gave Fletcher Smith a chance. I was AMAZED by the Diamond in the rough! (I’ll give them 5 ***** stars for that!)
My stylist did a GREAT job!
The staff however did not seem to mesh… EVERYONE was unfriendly and not once in my 2 hours there did I hear any of them talk to each other. (seemed like you could cut the tension with a knife.) VERY ROBOTIC!
Snacks, water and head massages will NOT get me back!
