I’ve been bringing my dresses here for alterations for the past 10 years and it’s hands-down the best they never charge you a rush fee and the lady is amazing at her job

They are right on my way to work, but I would go out of my way for my dry cleaning. I use their tailoring service quite a bit, since many of my off-the-rack clothes don’t fit me well. Nice people.

I had a pair of jeans hemmed with the«tricky hem». When they reattach the original hem. Great job!!!

When was the last time your dry cleaners made you smile? The great customer service and low prices here are so exceptional that I feel compelled to sing its praises on Unilocal. For years, I’ve gone to Zenegler’s and just winced each time I picked up an order and felt like I was buying all my clothes anew. I assumed that most other dry cleaning places were about the same: crazy expensive. This place went into a new strip mall on my daily commute, so I noticed it being built, and noticed the big«Green Cleaning!» and«Sale!» signs in its front window. What the heck, I thought, can’t be worse … and gave it a go. Upon finding out I was a new customer, the friendly front counter lady gave me a complimentary lint roller and a coupon sheet good for several dollars off each of my next 15 or so visits. Totally unnecessary and really nice. More: I once left a dollar bill in the pocket of some pants I dropped off for cleaning. When I picked up my order, the dollar was stapled to my receipt. That small gesture impressed me more than a dollar’s worth. My latest drop-off: three formal dresses(including an ivory silk flower girl dress stained with ketchup and chocolate like it had been in an ‘80s Tide commercial), a skirt and a suit. Total bill = $ 42. I am okay with that amount. The staff are genuinely nice. And they have fresh flowers on their counter. And they advertise«green» dry cleaning(though I have to admit I’m not exactly sure what that means, but it sure sounds good). But at half the cost of what I’m used to paying at Zenegler’s, they could be totally abusive and I’d probably still come back. With my coupon sheet, of course.
