David answered the Unilocal email I sent at 9:00 at night almost immediately (!), and within about 10 minutes of texting we had an appointment set up for the following morning. Even better, he came in $ 100 below the next lowest bid I got.
He showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule, fixed my door quickly, and answered all my questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. Very pleased!
EDIT: apparently I contacted the San Jose location, but David verified that both locations are part of the same company :)

Garage door unexpectedly stopped working last night, it’s been working for the last 3 years. I called Pro Line Garage Doors to come out and repair our door, requesting immediate service. They were prompt-​the technician arrived 30 minutes later, probably the fastest response I’ve ever received. The door had problems because of a cracked bottom bracket and it wasn’t counter balanced. The garage door finally works and I got right back to enjoying quality time with my family.
I’ve used several guy’s for my home and they are by far the most professional and courteous. They get a good rating from me, and I would recommend them to my friends
