Please note: This is no longer a functional McDonald’s. It closed down as of spring 2008.

First off, you don’t need military or NASA access. It’s on the civilian side, not NASA or Air Force. Second, these guys sing while they work, it’s super annoying, the frozen yogurt/ice cream(whatever) machine is always broken. Nuggets are edible but not«normal»… But, they get your order right, which is what I can’t say for Wendy’s in Sunnyvale. How can you f up every single order when I only order twice a month Wendys? Edit — this location has been closed for a while now.

You don’t actually have to have a Military or NASA access to get in, You just flash your Drivers License and your in. My boyfriend has a Military ID so we come here to go to the commisary and get some ridiculously low prices on groceries & stop by this Mcdonalds to get a snack before hitting the road. The service is soooooooooo slow because no one is ever there. But the fries are always hot. They pretty much make them when you order them, you’re bound to be their only customer at the time. They just changed their hours and Mon-Fri they close at 5pm! What a bummer! I get off work at 5, go to the commisary until about 6pm so no more McDonalds hamburgers 4 me!

This McDonalds is at Moffett Field, so you will either need to be Military or NASA to access. Only minutes from my office, so I have been known to go through the drive thru for a Happy Meal and my toy! Fast, efficient and sooooo bad for you… yes…I love the french fries and the orange HC drink… not juice but drink!
