Mallory is amazing! It may sound cliché but I am a blonde and Mallory has given me the best blonde color a girl could ask for. She listens to what you want and I’m one of those blonde snobs that if I ask for beach blond and it comes out slightly yellow I’m just not happy. You don’t have to worry about that at Tresses and especially not with Mallory, they nail it every time! The other color I’ve seen people get and my haircuts always come out perfect too! The staff is always nice they always bring you water and getting a shampoo is «other worldly.» Come to Tresses if you want to leave feeling great and beautiful.

COMMITMENT TO SERVICE IS A LIE !! WHO WOULD DO THIS TO A BRIDE ON HER WEDDING DAY? My Fiancée had an appointment for 11:45 on the day of our wedding, 1−2−15. The morning of the wedding they called her and left a message that her appointment was for 2pm, our wedding started at 3pm. After numerous calls and messages left for them, no one answered the phone, NO ONE returned our frantic calls! NEED I SAY MORE ???

Thank you Neely, for the best cut I’ve had in Charleston! I really like this salon, it feels pampering without being overboard. My hairstylist knew exactly what I was asking for and knew how to deal with my very thick hair! She took just enough out and shaped it beautifully. I got a ton of compliments on this cut, too. This experience was a breath of fresh air compared to the other salons that just didn’t warrant a return visit. I have had a few bad/pricey cuts downtown and in Mt P.
This salon is moderately priced and provides good service. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
