Starbucks

This is a very nice Starbucks. I know may people that work here. I have always had a good cup of coffee and great service.

«What a great location,» I said to my husband as I drove onto this Starbucks’ lot. «But, look at that line for the drive-​up,» he said … «We’ll be here for an hour.» «No problem,» I replied and pulled into a nice, wide parking spot (there were plenty of empty spaces). I parked and we easily walked to the entrance (as opposed to the frenetic parking area at the drive-​up location across from the Town Centre). I noticed that while there were many customers inside, there was no line at the counter so I suggested that he sit at a table in the sun on the great patio with Teddy (our furson) and that I’d be outside to join them right away. I ordered two items … my usual spinach feta wrap and a pumpkin spice latte (and picked up a pastry for my hub). The latte was ready in a flash; however, the wait for my wrap was unreasonable. In fact, my latte was lukewarm by the time the wrap was ready. I was not pleased and will not stop at this location, again. Note: While I was waiting, I did notice lots of comfortable seating and a wonderful community table, perfect for a meeting.

I hate to lower my rating for this Starbucks location, but the others are right about the service here. They are very inexperienced and slow; I think they would benefit from more training. Also the past couple times I’ve ordered coffee it tasted watered down. I guess I’ll drive to Long Point store again.

After multiple visits to this particular sbux, I finally had to break down and write a review.
Mediocrity thrives at this particular location.
I pulled through the drive-​thru and ordered an iced coffee w/​cream on the side. I paid for my drink and pulled back out onto 17 in the pouring rain, only to find that my coffee was loaded with sweetener. With an hour drive ahead I decided it was worth it to make the U-​turn. Heather, the drive-​thru wench, offered no apology and simply stated that if I order an iced coffee, it will come with sweetener.
I’ve been to ATLEAST 15 different Sbux in different states and was always asked wether I wanted sweetener or not when ordering.
This is far and away the slowest, and now rudest, Sbux I have ever visited. Unfortunate too, as its on my way to work. Save your time and $$, because this location will steal both.
