Dunkin’ Donuts

I love the coffee but man the service is non existent. Went handful of times and takes forever. ZERO mgmt & prime example why service stinks is their drive thru line. Sat in line for 3 – 4 min this morning and didn’t move at all. Needs to relocate and get better mgmt from corporate.

I try and not write negative reviews, but I’ve been holding my tongue on this one for a while. While yes, I haven’t been to ALL the DD locations around the world, I have been to a quite a few. This particular location has the slowest service I’ve ever seen at a DD. It takes so long to get a coffee here that 9.9 times out of 10 I will go to another location on the other side of town even though this one is closer to home.

Order is wrong every time. I mean every. Time. Not complicated orders either, iced coffee with cream and 1 splenda. Not a very high maintenance order. There are not as many dunkin donuts here as up north and the service quality is just not good.

I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee addict and I go to a lot of different locations. This is the worst location in my opinion. I work in Mt. Pleasant so this location is convenient for me. I have been 3 times and they always get my order wrong. Last time I ordered a Iced Coffee they completely got my order wrong. I understand people make mistakes because I have had many customer service based jobs, but three times in a row?
No one knew how to accept my coupon and didn’t know much about the DD perks program except I think it was the assistant manager who got it to work?
Maybe the people working here need to be trained better on how things work and customer service. I will now try the other location in Mt. Pleasant. I live on James Island and go to that one on the weekends. I have never had a problem at that particular store and they know me in there.

Probably won’t return. 20 minute drive-​thru wait time, unlabeled drinks, no straws, rude cashier, and cold food.

I’ve gone to this location a handful of times and service is always terrible. I go back because of the location it’s close to my kids school but after this last incident I will never go back. Coffee and donuts are okay but service is unbelievable they need to retrain their manager and staff. They are extremely rude and scary to say the least.

Its a weird DD. Part gas station and part DD. Selection sucked (8 different types at 8am) coffee was good. Drive through long long line.
For coffee– would go again. For donuts, would go to a different DD. I think there is one nearby within a mile.

I went here this morning and got an iced coffee with a coupon I had. i didn’t have any problems, the iced coffee was fine. The drive-​thru was very backed up and so was the line but they were quick getting me my coffee once they took my order.
But… this was a very awkward DD. The gas station is closed, and it would be nice if another came in or if they renovated the DD to include more of a seating area and make it more comfortable. With all that space, it’s weird to be all squeezed into the little DD area.
I wouldn’t come here to hang out, chill, or enjoy my coffee inside. But for to-​go or drive thru it’s fine, it’s just DD and nothing too special.

Growing up in New England there’s a Dunkin Donuts everywhere you go… and this one fulfills my cravings for DD but besides that it’s terrible. They are ALWAYS out of popular donuts and other food menu items and as Heidi A. said, they close incredibly early. The proximity to where I live and the fact there are not very many DD’s in the Charleston area keeps me still going there but it’s always an annoying experience to crave something and then have to settle for something else because they don’t have it. The gas station that they split the inside with is now closed, creating an awkward hole.

A smaller DD with the usual selection of fresh donuts and bagels and their excellent coffee. In and out with a dozen of their best for my customer (and a coffee for me) in less than 10 minutes.

They were mopping the floor at 6:00 p.m. which was… weird. There were no signs posted. When we went up to order, the girl at the register was clueless. My mom was disappointed that they didn’t have any Boston crème filled donuts and the girl said «Oh, these powdered ones are Boston crème filled, I just sorta screwed up.» They put our donuts in upside down and so the icing stuck all over the bag and they put too many donuts in one bag and the bottom donuts got squashed. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
