A great mattress-​buying experience! And I can’t believe I can say that. Mike, the assistant store manager, did a great job explaining the differences in the mattresses to us without giving us a hard sales pitch. We felt like we made an informed decision. And they couldn’t do that at Costco or other places. The same-​day delivery was a great bonus. Thank you!

My husband and I needed a mattress so we decided to just stop and see what they had. What wonderful service! We ended up purchasing a Beautyrest mattress with the help of sales person Alyssa. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress. It was so nice to go to a place that listened to what we wanted instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive one they had. When we went, they were having a sale, all of their mattresses were very reasonably priced PLUS being on sale! I will recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed.

My husband and I just bought a Beauty Rest mattress from Mattress Firm and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Mike gave us a fabulous deal and was extremely informative in the process. The bed arrived the following evening and we’ve had the chance to sleep on it for the first time. Great store! Dani was a great salesperson from start to finish on product knowledge and delivery! Excellent I had my new bed within 24 hours! Don’t even bother going across the street to Sleepys they talk about customer service but don’t deliver. Go see Dani ;-)

My wife and I needed a new mattress ASAP due to a leak from our sink pouring down onto our bed. Hugo took great care of us, helped us find an amazingly comfortable new bed for our home and had it delivered the same day! Due to our mishap, he even threw in a brand new pillow and mattress cover for free! I would highly recommend them over anyone else. We actually went to sleepys first which was supposed to be open at 10am and yet at 11am still were not open. Due to sleepys bad management, we were lucky enough to meet Hugo at the mattress in Niles right across the street from the 2nd, yes that right the 2ns sleepys store my wife and I went to that morning after 10am their supposed opening time. Thanks Hugo and mattress firm! Great customer service!

My wife and I had the pleasure of buying our new bed from Mattress Firm’s Morton Grove location. Corri, the store manager, provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. Rather than give us the traditional «hard sell,» she let us walk around the store and explore potential options. She broke down the color schema associated with different degrees of firmness, to enable us to sort through styles of beds that didn’t suit our needs. After testing out a few options, my wife and I settled on the stearns & foster queen bed. Not only did Corri go the extra mile to ensure our needs were met, she personally followed-​up with me to confirm on-​time delivery and to ensure we were happy with the product. To anyone looking to buy a new bed for their home, I encourage you to shop at Mattress Firm in Morton Grove, and ask for Corri. I know my wife and I will certainly be back.

Tom the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He explained all the different mattress types and was very low pressure. He gave us an amazing deal and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
