Verlo Mattress Factory

Purchased a V5 firm mattress from Arturo at Verlo on Golf Road. Seemed comfortable in the store and was a replacement for the 10 year old version I loved. After the first night I knew I was going to be too hot on this mattress. The topper material was changed and since I am a hot sleeper, it didn’t work for me. Arturo, the sales associate I worked with, arranged to have the mattress re-​built to the old specs at no additional cost to me and now I am sleeping happily and in total comfort!

We really like our Verlo bed. Rod was great to work with and the bed came very quickly. I’d definitely give this store a try when you’re looking for a new mattress. Nice that it’s family owned too.

This is the second time I purchased a Verlo mattress. The first mattress I purchased was incredible and gave me years of great sleep. The salesman at the store was very personable and knowledgeable and I do not have an issue with that aspect.
The delivery of the mattress is where I have a problem. The bed frame was not installed properly and has since resulted in one of the frame wheels to break. The mattress is much stiffer than the one we tried in the store and is very uncomfortable. We had to go to Ikea to get a pillow top cover to make the mattress useable.
They advertise a sleep guarantee, but when we called to have them do something about it they told us that it would take a few days for the process. What were we going to sleep on in the process?
Their customer service has been horrible. Now we have a mattress that is not comfortable and we are stuck with.

i want to share the most positive shopping experience i think i have ever had. we recently had to purchase a full sized bed for a family member with special and immediate needs. i contacted verlo. the husband and wife team, rod and kerin, quickly and eagerly helped me.
after assessing our needs, in just four days, our complete bed was ready for delivery! amazing! none of the ’ big box’ competitors could promise that! no hidden fees, no surcharges, just surprisingly happy to do their jobs, not even a grumble in making it up that last narrow set of stairs!
it appears that every customer there is treated as if they were their only customer. they treat you like family, the way i want to be treated.
come to verlo for excellent service, from start to finish. rest assured that you will sleep comfortably, just ask for rod or kerin, since i believe they are truly the best at what they do… mattresses!
they are now my only mattress company!

The salesman at Verlo seemed more knowledgeable than other mattress stores. Their selection also was more upscale and their beds are custom made. We were able to test out the beds and the beds were were easy to compare. It made the experience of shopping easy.
