Which Wich

Sandwiches were very good but a little frustrated computers were down so we were unable to use our gift card.

Awful sandwich shop! They shouldn’t put a Reuben on their menu if they don’t know the proper way to make one. Same goes for the Cuban and the kids grilled cheese. The only thing that was good was the potato chips and soft drinks. Tried Which Wich again at the crabtree mall this time, and it was just as bad. Complete waste of money and total joke for a sandwich shop. Just Gross!

Which Which has great sandwiches and you create your own. First you pick the protein such as chicken/​fish/​beef, etc and then take the corresponding bag. You build your own with the vegetables, cheeses, condiments and mark if you want it hot or cold. I have learned that hot/​toasted is the way to go and horseradish mayo is the best flavor booster around. The prices are great and you can add drinks or chips and make it a combo. They also have a punch card you can fill out if you plan on coming back a few more times. The service has always been friendly at this location and you can sit either inside or outside on their patio.

First off I love the concept of the customizable sandwiches and have never been disappointed in the food. This time how ever we came in on a Sunday at lunch and they only had two people on staff working a full store. I can understand that sometimes things happen and perhaps someone didn’t show up for a shift but there is seriously something wrong when waiting for over ½ hour for a sandwich. I was great to see them full and I wish them continued success but I hope they can get their staffing issues under control.

I love Whichwich food overall — the sandwiches are great — customizable to eahc ingredient possible, I love the ticket you write up and most importantly, like 7inch, 10inch and 14 inch options (small, medium, large) instead of 6 and 12 at subway. The food quality feels better than subway. The only thing is they all have a single cashiers that tends to queue up quickly and it feels like it takes forever to get our sandwiches. They have an app. but it is rather confusing — you don’t; need an account to use it and but then you need to eventually create one and save credit card info. Overall a nice place.

Recently moved to the area and was happy to see the which wich. Our previous experience at other which wich store were great. We have come to this one a couple times and unfortunately have had bad experience every time. The service is slow and not helpful. It often takes 20 mins to get our food when there’s no one there. The employees are often standing around and do not appear to be working. I think our days of going to which wich are at an end. Sad because the food used to be so good.

Very frustrated with this location. It took us at least 35 minutes to get our sandwiches and there was hardly anyone in the store. The employees were just talking to their friends instead of making the sandwiches and making free sandwiches for their friends. We came here to have a quick meal (2 year old with us). Turned into a disaster. Impossible to keep a 2 year old entertained that long in a sandwich shop. I won’t be coming back.

Food is good but every time I come here it’s at least 15 minutes for my wich! There are 6 people behind that counter and only 4 tickets on the line, I am number 1 & 2.

Love getting the breakfast sandwiches here! I get the egg sandwich with spinach, ham, and bacon. The bread is also very tasty.
I’ve gone twice around 11am on weekdays, the staff was very helpful on my first visit with understanding the ordering process. It’s taken about 5 mins for my order to be ready (I would not consider this long).
The only downside is they made my sandwich incorrectly the 1^st time so I always recommend checking before you leave. (Especially when you’ve paid extra for bacon!!)
The prices are typical but at almost $ 8 for a sandwich is not someplace I could go regularly.

Let me start by saying the food is good but the service is slow. They were not even busy for a weeknight but took forever to make one sub. There were plenty of employees working but only one person making the subs. Not sure what was going on.
