Excellent service, thumbs up to Terrence. The food was a different story altogether. Maybe I shouldn’t have had high expectations coming in because I was a bit underwhelmed, tbh. The spinach that came with my entrée was overly salty, it was practically inedible. Had to replace it with mac and cheese which was too rich for me. The salmon tasted okay and the wine too, so it wasn’t a totally bad experience for me. I’m willing to give this restaurant a second chance at some point in the future. :)

It’s WEDNESDAY !!! Our favorite place to grab a glass of wine @ $ 5 and a few apps. Today we tried the new grilled shrimp bruschetta app. Yummy !!! As the photo shows, it was overflowing with toppings. My only complaint was the cilantro and that’s a personal problem that I have. I’m not a fan of cilantro. The crispy mahi tacos are another favorite here. Don’t forget to ask for the sriracha sauce.

Nice dinner tonight, many menu options — I went ribeye steak, the waiter really recommended it, and being a ribeye fan i did not need much convincing, it was good, very good! My dinner companions enjoyed the salmon and the fried chicken salad. The spinach side salad starter was good, nice cab with the meal, shared desserts of banana cream pie and cheesecake(both should be illegal!)

I ate her when the place first opened and got a burger. Requested it medium. Came out very well done with a layer or burnt on the edge and super dry. I thought eh, maybe its because they’re newly opened and the cook hasn’t gotten up to speed. Decided not to come back for a while(like a year). Finally came back this past weekend to give it another shot. Ordered another Durango burger, medium. Came out dark brown on the edges with again, a layer or burnt meat and the inside had ZERO pink and was so brown. It was actually dry from being so over cooked! Maybe give your cook a chart that shows the difference between MEDIUM and WELLDONE. I suck at cooking and even I can pull this off. It’s a burger, not reinventing the wheel. This should be pretty simple! Needless to say, gave it 2 tries, and they couldnt pull off a simple burger on either try. They extremely overcooked the burger both times. Probably won’t give it a third as it seems to be a pattern.

Not sure if all the Firebirds are like this, or just this location, but the quality and service has gone down significantly. We used to dine at Firebirds pretty regularly, we loved the food… but the service was so poor we just decided to spend our dollars elsewhere. We went back last Friday for my MIL birthday. The bartender forgot our drink order, talked to a patron at the bar for a good ten minutes before pouring our wine, and gave my husband the wrong beer after he repeated his order. The surf and turf special was bland, overcooked steak, with some more unseasoned shrimp. My husband said the best thing was the baked potato. My MIL sirloin steak did not look like a good cut of meat, almost ground beef looking. My tuna on my BLT salad was a very thing cut and much smaller portion. The server was hit and miss, she would come and bring something, forget something, then be MIA for a while. Nothing I would write home about. Like the last time we visited, it will be a good while before we return.

Limited menu selection, food was just okay nothing spectacular. There are better selections around. I may try it again, but it’s not a must go to place.

Great food! My favorite restaurant for best food and service! Love the appetizer at the bar! Filet mignon is excellent and the Brûlée cheesecake to die for!

Hard to find a better filet around unless splurging for the Angus Barn. The Blue Cheese filet is amazing with marinated mushrooms and blue cheese sauce. Baked potatoes are excellent with salt on the outside. Au gratin potatoes are excellent as well. The only reason for the 4 not 5 stars is price. I think there should be a few less expensive menu items especially at lunch.

Food was a 3. Service was 3.5. Ambience was a 4. For the cost of the food I really expect more. It was just OK. The salmon was good, not great. The mashed potatoes seemed like they weren’t freshly made. I had a «full» salad and it was small. I wonder how small the side salad is? The seating is comfortable and the restaurant was clean. I wish I could have rated it higher but the food didn’t justify it.

Menu selection is decent, but certainly not as big of a menu as similar dinner chain placed(OutBack, Friday’s, ETC.). Very nice atmosphere and we came in on a Friday evening at 7, thinking it would be packed but we were seated right away because the space is so large. Our service was FANTASTIC. They also give you bread at dinner. We got the lobster queso and the smokehouse chicken BBQ sandwich and I got their black diamond martini. The martin was phenomenal. The queso was good, but kind of soupy for my tastes. The chicken sandwich was good, but messy and the chicken breast was pretty small(give the ~13 dollar price tag). Overall, the food was okay, but everything is SO overpriced here. I just don’t feel like it is worth it. i will say I have been once before for Wednesday happy hour and they have cheaper bar bites and half off drinks(check online for the specifics). This is a deal. I think if I go back, it will have to just be on a Wednesday when I can justify spending for the food I am getting.

Ok, so I’m already familiar with the Firebirds’ brand. I went to this one for the first time in May. My husband and I chose outside seating, since the weather was nice. We received great service! For starters, I chose the BLT salad [recommended by a friend] it was crisp and refreshing! The martini that I ordered was spot on with a nice bite to it. Perhaps the best part was both of our steaks were cooked to our preferred temperature with nice seasoning. Bravo! The waitress did not make us feel rushed [although the restaurant was certainly busy!] and suggested I try the brownie ice cream dessert. This dessert made for the perfect end to a great evening out! We will definitely be back! For this particular location feel free to wear shorts and a nice t-shirt, unlike some of the locations this one has a more relaxed vibe.

The ribeye is always perfect. All their signature drinks are wonderful. The baby back ribs fall off the bone. Don’t leave without trying the Key lime pie.

Tasty burger. Nothing spectacular but still good. Sign up for their eclub and get $ 10 off a meal. Paid .98cents for a cheeseburger w steak fries. Not bad and coupon savvy.

Came here on a Saturday night around 7:30PM are seated right away on the patio. They turned on the heaters in perfect time when it was getting dark. The server was attentive and professional. I ordered the Portabella Sandwich. It was seasoned well but I think it was missing the goat cheese. I got a big portion of tater tots that came out crispy and hot. My husband ordered the ribeye. I had a couple of bites and it was done well. The indoor it was crowded and the little bit too noisy for me. The outdoor patio is in a nice spot overlooking other stores and the theatre’s colorful water fountain.

I visited this Firebirds for lunch on a weekday. I would say a majority of the crowd were business folks, so if you are looking for a good place for a business lunch, then Firebirds is a good option. I think anyone would be able to find something on the menu that they would like. I got the Smokehouse Burger which was a solid good burger. It is a burger with Java BBQ sauce, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar, and red onion. What I loved the most about the burger was the crispy bacon strips. Normally when I have a burger with bacon, the bacon is more limp. But not here. The crunchiness added a variety of texture to the burger that I really enjoyed. I typically like sweet potato fries better than regular fries, so I opted for the sweet potato waffle fries. However, my boyfriend got the steak fries, which surprisingly I enjoyed much more. Firebirds was very generous with the portion of fries and we left very full with half of a burger for me to take home. There was a crème brulee cheesecake on the menu that looked awfully tempting, but we were too full to order it. The server was super nice and got us everything we needed. Our burgers were priced at about what I would expect, so I did feel like we got our money’s worth. But some of the other non sandwich items did look pricier. I would give them 3.5 stars, because I did enjoy our food, but it is not exactly a place I would go bragging to my friends about.

As told by my 4 year old. «My fruit cup only had one grape. It made me feel a little little sad, but I’m still happy. I still say 5 stars because people make mistakes.» L.M. She has a heart of gold. Her fruit cup had one grape in it, and three days later, she’s still talking about the one grape. What I find interesting is that she forgot all about the plastic that was also found in her cup. The Manager said that it was plastic from the grapes container. Apparently the grapes were having a bad day.

After our last visit we were contacted by corporate and given gift cards to try this location again — which we were pleased with. Were sent a handwritten card, which in my eyes goes a long way. So this visit — We were sat immediately and we actually had service this time! We went early on Monday night so the restaurant was pretty empty. Our waitress was very pleasant and kind. We ordered my daughters food first and it came out quickly. While I do appreciate that they have healthy options(she had salmon, green beans, and mashed potatoes, 8.75 is expensive for a kids meal. The portion is very large and could have been big enough for me. We will def not bring her back here, because its just not worth it for her. I ordered the Firebirds Chicken Pasta and it was really good… but again the portion size was HUGE. There was no way I was going to eat even half of it. Good news is it was just as good the next day. My husband got the French Dip and he didn’t think it was really that special especially for the price. It was a good meal, but we left feeling like we didn’t really get what we paid for — luckily it was all in gift cards. We might try again just the two of us — but probably not right away.

This place is okay, but definitely not great. You would think by the décor and the items on the menu that you are in for a treat, but it really is just average food. This was my second time here and I’m not sure if I will go back again. For an app we got the lobster queso which was good but it wasn’t really served hot enough. I understand chain restaurants often just reheat most of their food but come on! It’s not nasty Ruby Tuesday’s, make sure the dip is hot! For my entrée I got the crab cake salad and it was tasty. Good amount of crab meat but not enough dressing. I guess I should have asked for some extra on the side. My husband got the blue cheese burger and said it was okay. If they work on the little things, this place definitely has the potential to be more than a glorified chain restaurant.
