Thank you baby Jesus. Having lived in Chatham I was longing for Chatham Sandwich shops super sub– basically a mega Italian. And I ordered an Italian Sub For delivery from Pomodoro and it kicked ass. So good. I’m so glad I can rely on a quality sub delivery– I just wish they threw some chips in with the sub. The grilled chicken caprese salad is amazing. The fresh mozz and actual ripe tomatoes along with fresh grilled chicken are the bomb. Looking forward to trying heir pizza. But am super happy to be able to get fresh subs!

I love this place! I found it 3 years ago as I searched for my official Pizza spot when I moved to Morrristown and it’s an excellent choice. The pizza is delicious. Today I got a large garden salad and added chicken(which was seasoned well) for under 10.00. The people who work here are super friendly, patient and helpful — /everyone is always smiling. Definitely have a loyal customer in me

My family and I have taken out from Pomodoro Pizza several times and I would recommend it. Great food. I love the online ordering system.

Small Caesar Salad w/chicken added consisted of a big bowl of romaine lettuce, croutons and the added chicken that I paid extra for… which is a good thing I did otherwise I would have paid $ 6 for a bowl of romaine lettuce. Since when does a Caesar salad NOT have cheese, egg, something… come on!

Solid casual Morristown pizza place. Dining in isn’t super special as its a small inside with just a couple tables but it is BYOB. Great pizza options as well.

This is my go-to spot for Italian takeout in Morristown. I’ve had their pizza and sandwiches on a number of occasions, but I usually get salmon, shrimp, or chicken over either broccoli rabe or spinach a couple of days a week(and it is always very fresh, and cooked at perfect temperature). The people are very friendly as well, and service is quick and efficient(I don’t think I’ve ever had a major issue in the several years that I’ve been grabbing takeout from Pomodoro).

Ordered delivery from here for the first time tonight and it was delicious! we had them deliver to Morristown memorial and they had no program meeting us in the main lobby(even offered to bring it up to the unit but we said we would meet them down there and make it easier). very accommodating and friendly. the pizza itself was really good. the crust is very thin, and the sauce had a little bit of a spice to it which I loved. I’m not in this area to order pizza from often, but I will definitely go back if the chance comes up!

We stopped by to check this place out while we were in town for work, and I’m so glad we did! For starters the pizza is really delicious and they had a ton of quick options for lunch. The flavor and crust is on point! The atmosphere is also really relaxed and casual, if I lived in this town it would be my go to pizza place.

The pizza here is pretty good. I ordered a pepperoni pie and was very satisfied. However, I also ordered buffalo wings which I suggest nobody ever get from here. They tasted like frozen wings you buy at Costco, horrible. But the pizza was quite good and I recommend anybody looking for good pizza in the area to try this place out.

If you ordered a pizza from these folks and it arrived late, cold, and soggy… it is probably because it was sitting in somebody else’s living room. We ordered a chicken ranch pizza. 45 minutes later a pepperoni pizza was brought to us. I didn’t realize it until after the delivery guy left, so I called them back. They told us that if we didn’t want to keep the pepperoni pie instead(um no, there’s a $ 4 price difference and it isn’t what we ordered) to just keep it aside and exchange it with the driver when he returns. In 30 more minutes. so basically, we ordered pizza at 12:30. It’s 2:00. not only are we still waiting for our food, but we have to wait while our whole house smells like pepperoni. Not even an apology. Oh yeah, and sorry guy or gal that ordered pepperoni. You got a second hand pizza. Is that even legal? Yikes.

Good pizza! The 14″ pie with cheese, pepperoni and extra sauce was ONPOINT. YUMMY. Thin, crispy crust. I am still dreaming about it. The side salad was lackluster… bummer. The meatballs… eh, not so great. They taste like they were made a while ago and frozen. I had high hopes for them. Stick with the pizza and you won’t be disappointed.

Real thin crust Pizza. Thin and crispy. A personal pie(12″) for $ 8.95 hits the spot for us larger eaters and could be shared by a coupe of dainty ladies(or gents). I’ll definitely have to get back here agian!

Here’s the Deal… Tried it out because they were listed as one of the top pizza places in NJ. So this is based on pizza only… Pizza was a light thin crust. Like most pizzerias they have a variety of kinds to try. Overall it was very tasty. it’d try it again. The place is very unassuming. looks like they do a lot of local catering and have larger dinning facility in the back.

We got a Facebook post from our niece identifying Pomodoro as one of the top Pizza restaurants in New Jersey. Hmmm. The post also identified Brooklyn Brick Oven in Hackensack(a personal favorite) as one of the winners so we figured the writer knew a little about what I consider, nature’s perfect food(you know, Pizza)… Naturally, we planned a visit. We stopped in last night close to 8PM(a civilized hour to have a slice) and found the place busy. Meter parking on the street was a little difficult but there is a lot out back so factor that in when you go. Our waitress was very friendly and when we told her we were here to see if their pizza really earned the«best in the state» label, she suggested we get a fresh pie. We agreed. The pie had great crust — thin(not Kinchley’s in Mahwah thin, but pretty thin and very crispy) with a good bite. The sauce was well spiced and the cheese fresh tasting and generously applied. We dug in and the two if us nearly ate the whole thing(one slice came home for later). Before we left, we spoke to the owner, a young fellow named Ori, and he impressed us with his passion for food and knowledge of what constitutes quality. He said he grows his own tomatoes and eggplant on a small farm he has because what’s available from vendors«hs no flavor). Cool. Ori comes from a family steeped in the restaurant business so he has learned that to keep customers coming in, he has to consistently serve the best food he can. He says that he comes in at 9AM and leaves at 11PM every day(although he tries to take Sunday off). He contributes generously to the Morristown Soup Kitchen too(one of the places where my wife and I are volunteers). He sends them Chicken Parmigiana as his contribution to the welfare of the homeless and needy community in his town. Also cool. Excellent pizza(I’m not crazy enough to name any NJ restaurant as «best» but their pie is really memorable). Clean, pleasant dining room. Efficient, friendly servers. Fair prices. One small mention — the TVs were tuned to a boring news program… Where’s the soccer !? !? ;-) Highly recommended…

Best pizza I’ve found in Morristown. The pizza crust is the perfect balance between thin and regular crust. We use Pomodoro for delivery when we have small parties and they’re meals haven’t disappointed yet. Salad sizes are generous. The penne alla vodka is good as well. I have experienced a couple ordering issues, but management always corrected everything and made sure we were taken care of.

Pomodoro is fantastic! My boyfriend and I order from here all the time and we are always happy with the food and the service. Only one time did we have an issue with our food and when I called, they offered to remake and redeliver or to give us a full credit on our next order. We chose to use the credit. When we called 2 weeks later, they honored the credit. Our favorites are the sweet mussels, chicken cutlet sandwich(toast the bread) and the thin crust pizza. Highly recommend this place!

My favorite pizza establishment in Morristown. This is one reason why working in Morristown is freaking awesome, Pomodoro Pizza. There are a variety of entrees you can order and eat over here. I always get pizza since I’m always on the run at work. Some of the slices that I’ve tried include: Plain Cheese Bacon Chicken Ranch Mushroom Buffalo Chicken Peppers and Onions Broccoli and Ricotta Cheese(the«white slice») Chicken Parmesan(My favorite!!) Sicilian Most of these pies are thin crust and super crispy. You’ll hear that *crunchy* sound in each bite you take. They place generous amounts of toppings on all their pies. I absolutely love the sauce here — Not too thick, not too runny and not too much, not too little, just right. Add some grated parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder, you have the tastiest slice in town. Be sure to try their sicilian slice too! The baked dough is an inch+ thick and very delicious to eat. It will def. make you full. :) There is metered parking in front of the store and free parking in the rear of the store. It is BYOB. There are TV sets in the immediate dining room and an elegant dining room for parties or if you’ll be dining with the family. The staff is super friendly and will make your dining experience an unforgettable one.
