I stayed here for a couples of nights and it was an ok time. In the past couple of years I’ve had to do a lot of traveling and have stayed in my fair share of hotels. This location faired about average to below average in comparison. I had all three meals here and the food was good and the staff was on point! There was always someone available if I or anyone in my group needed anything. The dining area had an awesome view of the lake and mountains which definitely made the meal experience pretty sweet. Downfall of this location, is that it is in desperate need of an upgrade to the rooms. Flat screen TVs are pretty much the only real upgrade that is super noticeable. The hotel provides the standard complimentary toiletries, the bathrooms were clean but could be updated as well. I’m not a golfer so I have no idea if it is a decent course for a decent price. But the fitness center is awesome! It has just about everything you would want or need for a workout facility when traveling. I wouldn’t mind staying here again but would like to see it updated.

An aging resort that needs updates & better management. We stayed one night, used the fitness center & played a round of golf at the Mountainview course. The room was overpriced for the quality, the restaurant was fine & the golf course was in poor condition. There were no hand towels in the room. They have not added power outlets to charge electronics. When I climbed onto the bed, there was s loud crack & something broke in the mattress. It was too late to ask for a repair. The first card keys they gave us did not work. The second set worked, but the door was still very hard to open. The lock needs repair. We reported the problems, they were courteous and thanked us for reporting them, but did not deduct anything from our bill. The Room was clean. They no longer have a nice restaurant with windows overlooking the lake, but just a bar & grill. The food & service were both very good. The fitness center was very large & fine. What was once a very nice golf course is badly neglected. The fairways were very thin with a lot of brown spots & quite a few weeds. The carts were fine, but not cleaned between rounds. The steps & deck to the clubhouse were falling apart & not safe. The staff were courteous, but lacked initiative. They were texting on their phones when they could have been replenishing supplies, cleaning & attending to guests.

This place is a motel 6 at best. I am not a hotel snob. I frequent 3 star hotels often. But YUK! We had a meeting here. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The food was marginal. The cleanliness was … NOT. The bed held up by 2×4 blocks. No power outlets. The ones they did have were covered by dust and the lack of outlet covers. Bathroom had hair and bugs — after I asked them to clean it. The shower and sink were full of molded grout/caulk. Seriously caulk is cheap. So is bleach. The toilets in the meeting area were horrible. The bugs and dirt in the waiting area we apparent there is NO attention to detail. A toilet brush can be effective if you pick it up and use it . Once in its day probably a nice hotel. Seriously needs an overhaul. Regardless of the beautiful mountains and lake, the prettiness of a golf course cannot be compared to the comfort of a welcoming room and bed. 30 years ago maybe. Today — pass. The layout is nuts. Obviously an afterthought. I don’t recommend. Not even for $ 60. The surroundings are fabulous. My suggestion. Get a manager after you gut it or doze it. Just plain yuk.
