This place has really gone downhill, I used to come here growing up, but it seems a lot has changed. When I ordered recently, I was using a menu that was a few months old. When I asked how much it cost, the lady said she had to figure it out. I was trying to make sure I was getting charged the correct amount from the menu I had. She said it was going to cost $ 19 and some change, but according to the older menu I had, the dishes were only $ 6.99 each which should have been ~$ 14 plus tax. I asked to confirm the price to see if she charged the wrong amount, and she said they would honor the $ 14 price. Upon arrival about 20 minutes later(they said food would be ready in 15), the food wasn’t ready so I had to wait a little bit which I didn’t mind, but upon trying to pay, the lady said it would cost $ 19 which wasn’t what she said on the phone. Now, I could tell she was a bilingual speaker as her english wasn’t great, but she said she would call the«boss» to see if they would honor the price, and they said no! I was very disappointed. Granted it’s only about $ 5 difference, but I really cared more about the principle of the matter. They would not honor this price for this one occasion even though they confirmed it over the phone, and I told her I would take the new menu to reflect the updated prices. I was pretty disappointed in the service, and it was pretty odd that she was Mexican, and there were only Mexican cooks in the back. Don’t get me wrong, the food is solid for Americanized Chinese food especially in Morgan Hill, but they must have recently changed ownership or management as I have not experienced this poor service before. Their new menu serves pad thai, sushi, and Chinese fast food. I don’t even want to think about the quality of the sushi here. The employee had only been working for a few months, and in my opinion did not act in a professional manner. She should have either stated that prices were updated firmly or that she would honor the price and not be wishy washy. The service left a bad impression of the place. I’d give it a one out of five, but the food was still decent, we had ordered General’s chicken and mixed veggies with beef. I would give the food probably a 3 or 3.5 out of 5. Overall, this place gets a 2 and I will probably avoid this place next time until they change my mind otherwise.

This place is awesome! Same concept as Panda Express but way more fresh and tasty. Small place with 3 tables indoors and 3 outdoors. I’ve been coming here for lunch for 6 months now and tried Orange chicken, Szechuan chicken, Green beans chicken, Broccoli beef, Kung pao chicken and have never been disappointed.

Thought I’d help out mom and pop shops … And they Gave me someone else’s terrible order. Thanks for ruining my night. I ordered a 3 combo and wonton soup that was bland and didn’t even get what I ordered. This is gross negligence. How hard is it to give someone what they ordered ?? I’m standing right there !!! I’d go back but I live far and it’s not worth it. Pretty angry and most definitely never coming back.

The older lady that works here is just as unfriendly as can be. We are new to the area and while I drove out looking for a quick spot, I stopped here. The lady was so impatient and I felt super rushed in deciding what I wanted to order for the family. The orange chicken was gone, but for a couple pieces and I asked if they are making more… she snapped at me, «Yes, what else»? I paid $ 25 for a med box of fried rice, a small orange chicken, small beef broccoli and a small chicken salad. She bagged it all up but didn’t send soy sauce or fortune cookies, like most Chinese places do where im from. Anyway… not saying we wont be back here, cause the food wasn’t half bad. The salad was actually great, but the lady needs to check her attitude and be nicer to her customers and kick down some fortune cookies. :-)
