Went back and waited a long time for one taco. I left without the food and gave it to the next guy in line. I came back five days later and the place was closed for good. I guess they are waiting for a new owner to take over in the near future.

Tonight was my second time coming here and I have to say I was very pleased with the food. I had been craving a gordita and sadly they didn’t have any so I got the super taco instead. Definitely didn’t disappoint! I like that they add so many toppings to the taco; cheese, guacamole, sour cream, beans, salsa and pico de gallo(not a fan of it). And it’s only $ 2.99! Idk if that’s a lot for some people but for the price and the toppings not bad. I ordered 3 super tacos, a small side of beans and rice, chips and salsa and a medio litro coke all for $ 15.70. The previous week I came here and ordered the family meal that came with; 1lb carne asada, medium side of rice and beans and 18 tortillas all for a little less than $ 15. All in all, I definitely enjoyed this place and will for sure come back when I’m in the area. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

So stoked. My new favorite Mexican grill. This place has a huge grill that you can see being used. The grilled chicken plate was great. It had a wonderful crust that only a grill can make. The Al Pastor super burrito was super good. The stuffing in the burrito was super fresh and spicy. I have tried the carnitas plate too, that was also very impressive. I have had everything to go on multiple occasions. Always kicks ass.

This is a serious contender for the best mexican food in Morgan Hill. Super Taq, look out. Things it has going for it include: — The chicken is rotisserie grilled over charcoal — They have Al Pastor and I don’t think anywhere in MH does. It’s delicious. — The prices for the family packs of carnitas, chicken, or carne asada with sides are really good. A pound of meat with tortillas, beans, rice, salsa, and potato salad for $ 13? Amazing. — Carne Asada fries! Yes, please. — The salsa bar has a great selection of at least 5 different salsas including a fruit based one with cilantro which was great There is seating inside Morgan Hill Foods, as well as outdoor patio seating. Right now I think they’re a little understaffed. It took longer to get my food than I’d like, but it was worth the wait.

Great staff; versed in Spanish and English. Convenient location within Morgan Hill Foods grocery store. Lots of parking with nearby parking lot. Fresh grill for meats and veggies. Eating area inside is casual and ordering is done at the counter. Rice is great, refried beans is average, and carne asada meat is tasty. Also tried the fresh 100% carrot juice.

Wow! The best part of working in Morgan Hill is having this delicious new place to look forward to for lunch. I have tried just about everything on the menu since it first opened and I have loved everything so far. The drinks are super delicious as well. The place is new and has all new equipment. I often grocery shop at Morgan Hill Foods and have tried the tacos they used to sell outside, so when I saw that they were opening Lorenzo’s Grill, I couldn’t wait to try it! This place has the BEST chicken I have ever tried in my life. The taste is mouth watering and I keep coming back for more. I have even come here before work in the morning because I wanted to try their breakfast burritos and they are so good that I sometimes find myself here for breakfast and lunch. The customer service is great and everyone is always very nice. I met the owner once and he was very nice and asked how I enjoyed my meal. I thought that was very nice of him to check in with the people and be personable and friendly. I’m so glad I finally have somewhere to enjoy delicious, authentic Mexican Food! And I almost forgot to mention the salsas! I try a new salsa every time I come here and you can’t go wrong. It’s all so delicious and I highly recommend to check out Lorenzo’s Grill when in Morgan Hill.

Great place great food great price and great location

I don’t know what this Rodney A is talking about. Here in Morgan Hill there is no good Mexican Restaurant name me one. Sinaloa is not authentic mexican. El Grullense I rather eat from the floor. Lorenzo’s Grill is inovative brings something new to Morgan Hill which is very much needed. I definitely recomended if you are looking for something new and that is tasty go ahead and head there. Have their special chicken is amazing.

Great new taqueria in Morgan Hill. Very modern and clean brand new operation. Don’t know why people would give a poor review when they are just starting with pre-grand opening operations, but I wouldn’t pay attention to those trying to rip apart people trying to start independent businesses. I guess it makes them feel powerful… whatever rocks your boat. Tried the burrito, the quesadilla, and the torta. All were very good. The chicken was good-flavored. Spoke with the owner and he was very proud of the fact they use only the best chicken and meats on their grill. You can see the open-flame grill which is housed in a room next to the outdoor take-out area. Nice alternative to the chain Mex places and tacky hole-in-the-walls.

Ok, normally if you go to a taqueria that is attached to any Mexican market you can expect great authentic Mexican food. Not the case here. Yes I am a white boy, but I have had my fair share of excellent authentic Mexican food. This place was nothing short of crap. Rubbery tortillas for the bland meat tacos, rice with no flavor but surprise bits of uncooked rice in every bite mmmmmm, yellow crusty refried beans. You can get better Mexican food at a hospital. But by all means try it if your from Morgan hill and you are sick of eating at the good Mexican food joints in the area and are in the mood for tasteless bland nock off Mexican food. Trust me on this. Stay away.
