This is strictly from a vendor’s standpoint. It looks like Karma Boutique is out of business and neglected to contact me to pick up my jewelry that they never paid me for. I am now out $ 900.00 for jewelry that they would only take on consignment at the time. I do hope that I am wrong about this and that one day Natalie Ricketts or her daughter Lexi Ricketts will contact me and tell me that this has all been a mistake and can be resolved. Otherwise I’m not holding my breath and think that they are very shady and dishonest business owners.

Super cute items in the store. I love when I walk in and there is a sale going on. Karma Couture does have some items that are budget friendly, but on the flip side there are pieces that cost a bit more.
If you like Ed Hardy this is definitely the store for you to find multiple pieces.
I have always received good customer service when I go in there. I would recommend people to go in and check it out for themselves.

I think they have super cute stuff at times. Last time I went in there on my lunch break from work the girl working there was the RUDEST little thing ever. I think there are a few ladies that work there that are nice but not this girl. She not once said hi to me or asked if i needed help. I had a shirt in my hand and decided to put it back due to her lack of great salesmanship. I won’t be going back there unless I am looking to get treated like trash. Too bad for the owner she is a nice lady but i told my friends about this and they too decided to vito Karma even a great friend who was buying all her kids and her and her husbands things there thats a GREAT loss of Money so sad too bad.

Pricey, but adorable. I really like this store, and wish I had the means (and the figure!) to shop here more. The staff is very friendly, and went above and beyond when I brought back a dog carrier whose strap had broken within a week of buying it. (The rivet hadn’t been secured, and fell out when we were using it.) They weren’t able to return it (as I wasn’t able to get it back to them right away), but they did take it to a local shoe repair store, and had it fixed for me for free. Service like that, combined with cute, cute, cute stuff is what will keep people coming back for more.

This is a great, unique clothing shop in Morgan Hill! Very cool clothing here… but warning — it’s not discount shopping by any means! ;) They do have a clearance rack out front with several items on sale for ½ price… and another clearance rack inside. My focus remained on the clearance rack! ;) They carry both men and women’s clothing.
If you’re in the area, it is worth checking out… to find something «different», rather than the same olé’, same olé’.
