Worst Pizza Hut in Moreno Valley got 24 wings they put hot sauce on maybe two wings, I should have known something was up when he gave me the container of wings in a plastic bag that was double knotted. Never going back to this location would rather make the trip to the one on Alessandro or Moreno Beach

I placed a phone order for 2 Pizzas, wings & bread sticks. When I went to pick my order up they did not go over my order like other Pizza Hut’s do & yes I should have checked but I was in a hurry. Well I went home to notice that some of my order was missing? So I called & waited on the phone forever just to get Ryan the «manager» who than yelled at me, saying it was not his fault that I forgot to get what I ordered? I explained to him «I didn’t forget it, it was just never brought out to me but of course they charged me for it. This location is by far the most rudest, laziest staff ever, Ryan the manager is also no help at all.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a dinner box and the pizza had cheese on the edges only. The bread sticks were completely cold and had unmelteb butter/​spread on the bread sticks. The driver had to come and pick up the screwed up order and bring a fresh order. This means my family had dinner at 8 30pm. I will be sure to never, ever, ever, order from pizza hut again.

Been going to this place for over 19 years every year gets worse and worse i recommend going somewhere else. Had place an order today online got a confirmation that it was gonna be ready at 1:25 pm got there at 1:30 my food was barely put in the oven waited 20 even though my food should of been ready.
food was ready at 1:50p.m what’s the whole point of ordering online and getting a confirmation that’s it gonna be ready at a certain time and its not. Oh yeah when i get there tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill they tell me they don’t accept 100 dollar bills your a big food corporation you can’t break a hundred. You can at least put a sign up saying you dont accept nothing bigger than a 20 dollar bill like other places but they obviously dont have common sense

I spent $ 36.00 today and I ordered a large pepperoni and a pepperoni with onions, bell peppers, jalapeños and extra sauce. Omg nothing but sauce and bread. Looks like someone licked my pizza. I will have to call corporate. Thats why I love Shakeys. If I want to spend almost 40 bucks I s h ould have ordered Shakeys.

Pizza was literally more sauce then cheese, and the bread sticks tasted weird. Really disappointed, feel ripped off! Will probably give them another try some time hopping this happened because of new cooks of something.

Do not waste your time even trying to order from this place. I have time and time again had horrible experiences with this Pizza Hut location. My last experience involved one of their employees hanging up on me because they were closing in an hours and he didn’t want to make the delivery. During the conversation I asked him his name several time, he refused to tell me, then he hung up. I called another location that was out of my delivery area and they gladly placed my order. This location needs to be shut down!

Ordered the big dinner box that comes with two medium pizzas in the shape of a rectangle. The corners of both pizzas (8 pieces total) was mostly crust with barely Any sauce cheese or toppings. I didn’t order bread corners. I spent $ 45 on dinner that wasn’t even warm. Very disappointed

I ordered my pizza online without any hassle. The website was easy and quick to navigate. The delivery guy brought the pizza before the estimated time… always a plus.
For what they lack in phone service, they deliver in quick wait times.
