Ordered at 7:20pm called at 9pm to ask about my order, they said it was coming. Then I called back again at 9:43 they said the driver never took the order.
This is just ridiculous! What a waste of time ! Deleting my membership with dominos.

Ordered pizza today ON CHRISTMAS and Cory was AWESOME! Thank you for being so patient with us and our large order! Customer service was so great! Thank you Cory at Dominos for sharing some holiday spirit and being so awesome! Give him a raise!!!

I ordered carry out. I walked into the store and not a single person greeted or acknowledged me. I waited and waited and still nothing. I was clearly waiting to be helped and not a single employee took initiative or apologized for the wait, nor at least alerted me that there was a wait. Nothing. I finally saw my name up on the screen and I had to go up there and tell the cashier that my order was ready. He was completely clueless. He got my pizza and tried taking my money without giving me the total, I had to ask him! To top it off I didn’t even get a receipt! I didn’t even bother asking for one at that point I just wanted to leave. Bottom line– Worst customer service! I will not be returning to this location.

I just had the Worst experience EVER. I have ordered from this store a few times before and Never had a problem ordering from them before but this Driver was EXTREMELY RUDE, told me NOT to order from them EVER again and that if I try they won’t take my order. He was mad and Complained about having no Gas. I did absolutely nothing to deserve that type of behavior. If I wasn’t stuck at work with no food I would of told him to take my food back and to refund my money. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR ON YOUR DRIVERS PART. WOW!!!

So about 3 weeks to a month ago my boyfriend & I order pasta & a pizza. As I was eating my pasta I got a hair & I was like okay maybe it was mine so I kept eating & ended up getting two more hairs. I called & made a complaint so they said they would give me a free pasta. So today 10⁄3 I called to get my pasta & I also order a pizza. When I went to pick it up they said it would be 4 minutes. It ended up taking 20 because they couldn’t find my order. When I got home I felt like I had got skimped because it was a remake but I was too worried cause I never usually eat it all anyway. As my boyfriend was eating his pizza he kept get hard pieces of chicken. I gave two stars because I know pizza has been good before. For this situation I wouldn’t give any stars if I could.

I always receive great service. I also receive pizza hot and in the time frame that they give. I just wish when you ordering you can add tip. No worries you can add tip when they arrive. Pizza hut is down the street and do not deliver here. Even when I am close by a Pizza hut I still call Domino’s.Only thing bad is I wish they still had the salads, no worry I ordered veggies on my pizza (smile).Once about 3 years ago my order was wrong, I called and they replaced it right away. I love this location.

It always takes over hour to get my order, delivery man called me and told me to come to the front of my development because he didn’t know how to get through the gate, every time i order there is a delivery issue.

I have always had great service from this Dominos, and the service is great, they even add chicken on my spinach and feta pizza at no extra charge! (I’m sure that will chnge soon :)) Great staff and great company.

Watch out for the bald driver «Corey». Heard him talking to a customer and guess they got a incorrect order and when they asked what was taking so long for the replacement he told them it was taking long because they didn’t tip (him) the driver!!! Dude is TRASH!!! Thief too, stealing deliveries from other drivers that he knows will tip well. Corey is an utter SCUMBAG (and sooo fake too, trying to be black)
As far as the place goes, you are better off ordering from the Sunnymead store. Alessandro has had issues with food staying out to long unrefrigerated (and not prepped) to NOT changing out the pizza cutter every few hours. Careful ordering at opening as dough may not even be proofed enough. Food that is expired still being used and getting a later date put on it. Also things not being cleaned correctly.
NOTHING is fresh, everything comes pre-bagged…hell, even my pets won’t eat it.

I always order from this location. In the past I have had problems with being put on hold forever. Seems to have changed for the better. Though now I prefer to order my pizza online. Delivery time is good. The delivery people are friendly and courteous. Now to the pizza. what can I say? It’s good pizza for the price.

Pizza is my up most favorite food! It’s always my first pick when I’m ready to eat out! Dominos has the best sauce and dough to me when it comes to good chain pizza places!
This dominos is really good! They are quick and usually the pizza has really great amounts of toppings! Delivery is quick! The pizza is always Hot!

I tried ordering today and after 5 minutes on hold they hung up the phone. I called back (and they denied hanging up) and was placed on hold another 10 minutes! Frustrated with their phone response and hung up. If they are going to advertise new promotions they should hire the staff necessary to take care of large call volumes! Business 101. Calling Pizza Hut now.

The Dominos Food Product is usually good and a simple process to order.
Prices are reasonable and easy to use on the Web App.
However for Moreno Valley sometimes surprises me when the weather changes if it wet on the ground because of the Rain or to Hot at 109 outside this location lags on the delivery time.
Makes no sense how that happens.
If your in New York or San Fran no matter the time of year you get Pizza done on time.
Excuses for lateness is inexcusable but Jennifer who works there will disagree and quote a legality of why its ok.
The location is good and the food is always done right and if there is an issue the Manager will fix it and make it right.
Just have to be patient with this Dominos when it’s raining or when the weather isn’t kosher to their expectation.

The reason I’m giving them a 1star rating is bc they not only messed up my order once but twice after remaking my order again. I asked for no onions bc I’m allergic to them and twice they put onions took them three try’s to get it right.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Great way to get delivery pizza. This particular Domino’s is great. The pizzas are delicious. I usually order from their website which makes the ordering process so much easier (b/​c I can see my order) and they deliver usually about 20 minutes faster than what the website estimates.
