Harmony Massage

I’ve been coming here so often for over 7 years now, they know me by name. I go at least twice per month. I’m not personally into Swedish massage. I ask for it very firm and treat this more like a sports massage because of the CrossFit I do. I also tip very well because they work very hard. Always a tray meat and I always get the one hour table massage on the second floor on the Seats end.

In the mall by the cinema. Horrible service. They are constantly soliciting for business and won’t stop talking Chinese above your head as they harshly rub your back. not a pleasant experience. left with a sore back and a bit of a headache. They also demanded a tip at the end. Very rude and unprofessional and probably dangerous to your health and well being. Zero stars !!!

Between three different masseuses switching back and fourth giving you the massage and a continuous outflow of chatter of Chinese between them all. Continuous .
Verry Zen indeed.
They also will have the gall to ask for a 15 dollar tip for the STELLAR service !

I have came many of times to get a massage at this place & it’s amazing but the 1 star review is for their customer service. They always want more of a tip then you leave them & are super rude to you. Don’t get me wrong at first I would leave them 10 as a tip etc but they would still feel the need to ask «oh just 10 «so I’ve dropped my tip Less & less each time I come.

The place is extremely dirty but for the sake of it I needed some type of relief from my back and still decided to give it a try anyway. They took me to the back to start the process and I got the $ 30 body massage. The man rubbed my back so much that it started to hurt. I let the person know that he was doing it to hard and proceed but then he kept forgetting about me telling him to be more gentle. I didn’t go through with it and just paid for my ten minutes and left. My back was very sore even with the ten minutes. You would think coming here would benefit you and make u feel more relaxed instead of in pain. DO NOT COME HERE! Ur better off going somewhere else.

I was not really a massage enthusiast until I tried this place. I have been to Glen Ivy, Burke-​Williams, even a few places in Vegas and Scottsdale for massages (usually because my wife is going so I tag along). I never got the kind of thorough and relaxing massage I get here.
At first I thought that maybe the noise from the mall would be disruptive, but once you are inside this place it’s very easy to fade all of that out. There is nice gentle Asian string music playing in the background, which I find very soothing. The massage tables are shielded from view, so people aren’t gawking at you like at their massage kiosk area downstairs by the movie theater.
As I have back problems, I always get the full body massage with an emphasis on my lower back. Even though I have gotten massages from several different masseuses here, they have been pretty consistent in their techniques. Very thorough, and very relaxing. I try to come here about every six weeks or so, as it’s very therapeutic for both my back and my mind. Prices are reasonable, and they even have a loyalty program.
I think this place is probably the best kept secret in this mall!

I am a female and live out of town and here for work. My back was sore so decided to go to Harmony Massage after reading reviews. I did the $ 30 special. I think it was 30 minutes, sorry, can’t remember for sure. Anyways, a man showed me to a back area and had me lay down. It started fine, he kneaded my head and scalp. My hair was a mess afterwards. Initially the pressure was good, however, he seemed to find every knot in my back and shoulders and just kept kneading and kneading the area. He asked if I was okay and I agreed for most of it, but a couple of times told him it hurt. He put a lot of pressure on my back and seemed to be trying to «crack» my back. He pushed on my neck and also seemed like he was trying to crack my neck. I did hear pops during the neck and back pushes. The pressure was the most I have ever felt from any massage parlor. Needless to say, It’s been 36 hours and I am in so much pain on my back and neck. I have had Tylenol, ibuprofen and heating pad to help ease the pain. My skin is painful to touch. Laying down in bed hurts. I thought the pressure was good during the massage, but now I know it was too much and I’m paying the price. I never realized a massage could hurt so bad. If you want a super hard massage, this is the place for you. Oriental music playing in background. I won’t go back and learned a lesson that more pressure doesn’t mean it will feel good afterwards. Price was good, after affects not good.

As my sister and I walk out of Harkins Theater, we walk towards a small carpeted area near the escalators with 4 massage chairs, a cash register, about 4 – 6 employees and one of them verbally advertising their 6 minute massage for only $ 5.00 to the passersby.
My pregnant sister declines the offer but tells the lady, «My sister would like one!» (She’s such a prankster, gotta love her! Haha)
Embarrassed, I politely said, «No, no thank you.» I smile and hurriedly walk off…
Sister: «C’mon, just go!», as she laughs.
I look at her with huge eyes, «Seriously?! No! Eew, we’re in a mall and they’re massaging people out in the open. No!»
My sister keeps laughing, «You said your shoulders were hurting. Go!»
Ok fine.
I gave in.
6 minutes for $ 5 and quick enough to not be so embarrassed.
The employee escorts me to one of the chairs and I’m lying on this chair belly-​down at about a 45° angle. They gather up my big hair with a clip and begin the massage with either oil or lotion around my shoulders and neck area.

The guy working on me was kneading all my knots — just what I needed! He whispers, «Hey lady, you like?» The way he said it was kinda gross, actually, because of his thick accent and raspy voice but I was too consumed with the so-​far-​so-​good massage I was receiving.
A couple minutes go by and he asks, «Lady, you like?» Almost creep-​ish this time.
«Yes.»
“4 minutes more for $ 10?”
«Mmhmm… Yeah…»
He got me good! I was in that chair for 10 minutes for $ 10! Not bad! A bit embarrassing but, to get rid of all the kinks and knots, it was worth the embarrassment.
I’ll come back again. And the next time my sister’s in town (after she has her baby, of course), I’ll be sure to drag her to this place and get embarrassed — I mean– massaged as well! Hehe
Oh, and don’t forget to tip your masseuse!

This place I am so upset with and will Never return! Okay so massage what do you think of? Quite, calm, peaceful… No that’s knot what was going on here… One they have a baby in the back, yes a infant crying… Then they leave both doors wife open so the mall music is loud and annoying… Lastly while the lady was in the middle of giving my father a massage she stopped to talk to someone else a few times! How rude! You have someone laying on your table and you charge by the minute yet you feel it’s time to strike a conversation… So the man in the front I express my frustration to and he smiles and says yes… Please you work with people… Better English… Well at least understand when someone is upset… I will NEVER suggest someone I know to come to this place… One fix the fact u keep the door open two have the baby go to a nanny… Three English please… And lastly make sure your attention is on the paying customer!!!
Now as for the massage itself my mom and dad said it was great. They both needed it. They shared a booth area and felt extremely limber afterwords… I’m happy I attempted to do something nice for them… Hence why the place got three stars because when they work they did do awesome…

The place was clean, well staffed, employee’s speak good English, and the massage & price was excellent! I would go back again & again!!!

Great massage. They apply great pressure to help relieve pain and loosen up tight muscles. The foot massage always makes me fall asleep with the comfortable recliners that are provided. I recommend this place to people that need pain relief or need to relax.

Been coming here for years. Love the 30 minute table deep tissue. Staff is awesome and friendly.
