Aura At Ayres

Treated myself to a body scrub. First time having this done. Aileen was absolutely the best. The eucalyptus scrub was amazing. The atmosphere was tranquil and the service was impeccable. The 50 dollar price tag was perfect. This was my fist visit, but will definitely be going back to treat myself to other services. This is a gem in my own backyard. They offer different specials each month. Looking forward to a great relationship with this spa and the team of professionals they have.

Whenever I want a massage I go here. The staff is friendly and experienced. The atmosphere is very calming and everything from the waiting room to the massage tables is top notch. Jamie has to be my favorite masseuse but you can’t go wrong with any of them.

To begin I love this hotel. I have stayed their many times with my significant other. We thought we would try the spa and glad we did. The staff treated us with first class service and we both enjoyed our massages. I went back a second time and was not disappointed. I will definetly go back again.

I got too much stress on my neck and shoulders these days. From few days searching for spa, I sent email for reservation with some questions and just got a call from Ashley and booked at the same day !!! When I got there, the room was cozy and not too spacious but enough to be private. I think it is because the spa is in the hotel. I prefer kind of privacy, this spa is fit to me. if you are like this taste, you will love here^^. I had 90min massage with Jamie. OMG! You really try here. I mean it! She knows the pressure points for relaxing muscles. I found a good place !!As a huge fan of massage, easy to notice how skilled she is just in few minutes! I will be hollic for here, I guess. you will not regret it … Thank you for your service :) !!

Well, I was thinking about going to the mission inn’s Kelly’s spa but reading the reviews decided to try Aura at Ayers.
You won’t be disappointed! Well informed staffs, very clean rooms. Size of the spa is little on the small side, but well organized.
My massage therapist was jamie, she was very skilled and professional. I’ll definitely come back.
Highly recommended.

Did a 60 minute botanical facial with Amber and it was the best!!! I almost fell asleep and she was very knowledgeable and attentive. My skin looks awesome!

A truly exceptional spa experience! I enjoyed a 90 minute massage with Jamie and a one hour facial with Amber. Jamie took time to get to know the areas of my body which needed extra attention and applied the right balance of therapeutic healing to those areas. I felt refreshed, revitalized and energized. Amber was my first ever experience with having a facial. She made me feel comfortable from the start. My skin was treated to a therapeutic makeover… My face came alive! I learned how to better take care of my face and she recommended a daily treatment plan. The Aveda products are now a part of my skin care routine. My thanks to Spa Manager Ashley. You truly care about what you do. You have created an amazing spa experience and your team of spa professionals are a reflection of you and are best in class!

First off I want to say that the staff at this hotel is amazing and not to mention the ladies there are very pleasant on the eyes.
Now for my review. My aunt from flew in from Europe and I wanted to treat her to a nice spa day so I booked her, my sister in law and my mother a appointment with a lovely young lady working in the spa (particially Asian Hispanic mix) and she was very helpful because let’s be honest this dude (me) doesn’t really know much about spa days, let’s just say they were very impressed with the services they received. I was told if I go there to definitely have a massage from Amber her hands are heavenly.
I highly recommend the spa!
And Sergio was really cool as well.

Enjoyed a nice relaxing massage with my husband yesterday. My experience was great! I made a same day appointment with Ashley who was SUPER sweet over the phone.
We got there about 15 minutes before our appointment and we were greeted by name by Ashley. She offered us water or tea. We chose tea because it was a chilly night. The tea was bomb! Didn’t need any honey or anything. It was perfect.
We did a couples massage and Megan and Amber hooked us up. I had Megan and she did a great job taking her time in all the right places. I felt so relaxed. My husband enjoyed Amber although he fell asleep (I heard him snoring). Lol They were both sweet and explained everything along the way. They even offered us products without being pushy.
I recommend this place for sure. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because I could hear the toilet flushes from the room upstairs. It kind of took away from the mood but it wasn’t too bad and also they didn’t have the tea. That’s the product I wanted but they were sold out.

I visited the spa earlier this week because I had been needing a much needed massage to relieve some stress. I am so glad I did! This place is wonderful. Wonderful staff and such a great and relaxing atmosphere. Ashley was so helpful with letting me know about the services they offer and by helping me choose the right one suited for my needs. Amber who was my massage therapist was great! She knew where my problem areas were and even helped me to figure out what was causing my chronic pain. Overall I had such an incredible experience that I will for sure be coming back regularly. The staff are professional, courteous and helpful and the spa in itself is wonderful. I highly recommend this spa.

Sent the wifey to the spa as a thank you for having our son. Went with the 60min facial and 60min massage. Massage therapist was on point doing the pregnancy massage to not put pressure on the baby feeders. Facial expert was perfect with the Aveda products and attention to detail. Definitely would recommend, glad that the spa has reopened and looks like the new management is doing good.
