Terrible, pathetic, inconsistent are just a few of the words to describe this place. Their quality runs hot and cold and sometimes they have what you want and sometimes they don’t. Like today a Saturday at 3:30, how can you run out of cilantro? Meats are out of date and some dairly products also, HELLO OPEN YOUR EYES. They don’t pick through their fruits and veggies very well either so you have to be careful otherwise you’ll be sorry when you get it home. They do carry some good items that other stores don’t, but with this many issues I am just DONE with Smart and Final who needs them! Hey Smart and Final is anybody paying attention? I guess not Bye Bye!

I have never really shopped at a smart and final but I decided to give it a try. They have great deals on produce. I was thrilled at the avocado prices. And everything else I got was relatively cheap. Definitely cut my usual grocery bill in half. Customer service is ok. No one really goes above and beyond but I wasn’t too worried. More stoked on my inexpensive grocery trip!

Store is completely redone and looks as great as it did before the redo. Has bulk dispensers now, which is fun as its expanded the inventory and gives you the opportunity to try some thing without committing to an entire package of something. Staff is always friendly. Could use more organic selection, specifically for produce. Where I shop regularly.

The store is very clean but the one problem I have with smart & final is with the weekly ads. For example, the ads show specific premium beer like Sierra Nevada torpedoes or Lagunitas for prices to good to be true. So, if you’re going to buy good beer on sale don’t waste your time at smart & final because it’s never stocked. Save time and just go to Bevmo or Rite-​aid. This type of advertisement is just bait and switch to get you in to grocery shop.

This place is a little overpriced, but they generally have all I need and they are open almost all the time as needed. The staff are friendly and it’s very organized here. Never a mess. Parking is easy. The only downside is you can smell in-​n-​out from the parking lot and it is so tempting!!!

This last Sunday I was in the store and three very unhappy babies were crying their eyes out. It was stereo babies wailing.
That won’t keep me from coming back… they’re not my kids!
