I called in my order about 30 minutes ago and came in just as my order of the new stuffed crust was coming out of the oven. The guy, who appeared to be working by himself, did an unbelievable job greeting me and taking care of my order. Not only was I greeted with a warm smile, but he provided exceptional customer service to get me in and out within minutes. This gentleman did a fantastic job and I regret not grabbing his name. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Stopped in last night for a few pizzas they told me it would be about 10 minutes I was okay with that. when the cashier turned around and reminded him to make the cheesy bread he said okay 10 minutes later she gives me my order and ask him for the cheesy bread he says you never told me! I laughed and he said why are you laughing! I reply it if you weren’t so busy chatting you would have heard her he told me if I didn’t like it too bad to go to another restaurant I don’t take insults very lightly especially when I pay for my food I don’t want anything for free customer service sucks and the management is a joke when I asked them for the manager’s phone number they gave me 1 800 number to a refrigerator company and said the store location was the best place to reach the manager. bottom line I will never go back to this location again !!

Horrible customer service!!! They advertise hot and ready between 4 and 8 PM every time I stop by between those hours it’s always a 15 minute wait they never have any pizza ready

Stop by there today for an emergency pizza about 6 p.m. they had no Pizza ready a 15 minute wait. Had groceries in the car from Costco and there Pizza station was closed for construction within the impression Little Caesar was it in and out inconvenience give them 3 Stars for false advertisement.

Pizza is good but I called to order ahead of time and was asked to hold I sat on the phone for 10 minutes told the guy as I walked in that it would have been nice not to have to wait for my food since I was still on hold. He looked over to see the phone still off the hook.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Our pizza had the assistant manager’s blonde hair in it! We called to complain and she (the one who got her hair in our pizza) said there was nothing she could do. Disgusting and so rude!!!

I got the $ 5 classic, when I pay for it, I was charge $ 6.45. when I ask why? I was told it was because I ask for the pizza to be ½ peperoni.
WHAT! So your charging more for less peperoni. when i ask for the managers phone number I was giving the 1800 425‑5667 EXT. 4077, when i call this number, the answering machine it’s selling me a cruise to the Bahamas, WHAT?
it never lets me dial the EXT. number, REALLY! 2÷3÷2014

Last night we had a cast party after the at Moorpark High School play. I called into the store about 20 minutes before we needed the pizzas around 9:30pm and ordered 12 hot-​and-​ready pizzas. 6 cheese and 6 peperoni.
When we went to pick them up, they had all of the pizzas ready for me and within a couple of minutes they had whipped up 6 orders of crazy bread for me as well! Great, friendly people who really want to make your experience good! the full-​size large pizza which are on point with Domino’s or Pizza Hut butt these are true full size pizzas.

Overall, Little Caesar’s was a big surprise to me. For the insane low price of only $ 5 for a large pepperoni, I expected little more than a piece of overcooked cardboard sprayed with ketchup, a smattering of processed cheese and 4 or 5 pepperonis. Instead what I got was a full-​size large pizza which was as good or better than Domino’s or Pizza Hut at a fraction of the price. The liter sodas were extremely cheap as well.
I’m not saying it’s on par with Toppers or Roundtable, but it’s not bad at all if you need a fast pizza fix. Extremely fast, friendly service as well. I’ll definitely be back when I’m hungry and only have a few bucks in my pocket…
