I have never been mattress shopping before and it was a confusing adventure to say the least! Jason and Judy at Mattress Firm were the greatest help we could have ever hoped for. Jason helped us pick a great bed and got us an awesome deal. I highly recommend this store! We will definitely be back.

Good shopping experience. Ms. Meador the manager was very helpful and courteous. We purchased the same day we visited. Got a great mattress with a great price. Will shop here again for my next mattress purchase.

My story is kind of long. My husband and I initially went to Ikea in Charlotte to get a king size bed. They happened to be out of everything I wanted. We left and saw a couple mattress places across the street. The first place we went was closed and the next place was Mattress Firm. They were technically closed but the sales associate stayed open and really helped. Explained the layout, asked us how we normally sleep, if we had any trouble with sleeping, etc. As my husband was testing beds, the gentleman got me started on some application processes. We found one!!! We decided to invest in a mattress that would last and would benefit us as we get older… We aren’t 20 anymore! So at the time, Wells Fargo denied our application. We had to go with Progressive Leasing to do 90 days same as cash. Few months went by and I received a letter and credit card from Wells Fargo stating the rejection was in error. I called Progressive Leasing and they said because we did not pay it off in 90 days, the total amount due jumps up from $ 1500 to $ 2700! I could not believe that. I asked what my payoff amount was, and it was still over $ 1200. I had almost $ 900 into it already. I finally called Mattress Firm. I spoke to one person at the store where I made the purchase and he was able to get me in touch with Ryan Melton, Area Manager. The first thing Ryan told me is «Before we get started, I want you to know that we will take care of you today!» This was a breath of fresh air for me. He was able to return and repurchase everything using the Wells Fargo credit card. Even got us special financing. I had to go to the Mooresville location and sign some paperwork. While I was there, I was greeted and taken care of by Judy Meador and Jason Snyder. I greatly appreciate what everyone has done for my husband and I. Thank you Mattress Firm!

I got my mattress here and the service was excellent. The salesperson showed me all of my options in all of the price categories. He ended up recommending a cheaper mattress because he felt that it would be a good fit for me. I ended up feeling like the cheaper one was more comfortable. It was nice that he was looking out for what would make me happy rather than what cost more. The prices were unbeatable for the quality. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a good quality mattress on a budget!

KEEP DRIVING!!! There are plenty of places to buy a mattress. In short, here’s why NOT to go:
1) We shopped in store first. Then, compared prices online at
The mattress we looked at was over 40% HIGHER in the store. Trust = gone
2) Salesperson — won’t say her name, but she a) badmouthed the competition then b) pushed hard for a quick decision. Felt more seedy than buying a used car
3) When we called her to discuss online price, she said, «it was really hectic when you came into the store. I made a mistake.» We were the ONLY customers in store at the time.
4) After matching the online price, she quoted delivery and… guess what? They didn’t show up!
Credibility and your word is everything. This store has neither.
