I can actually say I have never had an experience like this before in my life. Most furniture places you go into the vultures swarm and try to pick the meat off your bones the second you cross the door. This couldn’t have been any different, We basically had free run of the place while we were there and tested out quite a few mattresses along and the way and having all our questions answered with no sales pitches, but honest answers that made sense. Andrew makes the process easy, makes it fun and even got my grumpy 11 month old son to laugh. Talk about a smooth process, we were not rushed, nor attempted to be up sold, and we got want we want and I look forward to Saturday when it is delivered. Was nice to see someone actually explain the warranty and told us we had 4 months if we needed to adjust the firmness of what we have. Can’t say enough good things about this store. If you need a mattress and you want to be taken care of right, and not just a number in the cash register, go HERE!

We had a very good shopping experience here, customer centric people. We actually went at the very end of closing hours, but they were very welcoming. They had some decent price and will do price match too. I don’t have any concerns in giving them a 5, thank you !

Awesome shopping experience for my daughters first big girl bed. Andrew was super helpful finding a bed that also doubled as a guest bed and suggesting an allergy cover that will protect the bed from little girl accidents that the cover actually has a warranty stating they’ll replace the bed if accidents get through. Perfect! Best bed buying experience I’ve had. They weren’t pushy at all only helpful and pleasant to work with.

I began my search for a mattress months ago filtering through pushy sales people at some local retailers in New York and the big box online purveyors which had poorly trained/​uninformed staff, when I happened to stumble upon what I thought was a mattress review website (
). It turned out to be honest opinions and well thought out answers by the team at Sweet Dreams Mattress.
I decided to speak with the experts at Sweet Dreams Mattress through an online chat, and what took months to figure out, I was guided in the right direction within minutes by my consultant Andrew.
Even through Sweet Dreams Mattress is highly competitive on price, I certainly do not shop with that in mind. To me, it’s all about a seamless buying experience and stellar customer service, Andrew and his team proved to win me over and my business. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this company.

We purchased two beds from SDM and could not be happier. Greg’s knowledge and experience in the industry really played a part in our decision making process. The entire process from researching to delivery was excellent!

On the hunt for a new mattress & an old co-​worker works at this location, so I thought I would give them a try. They’re locally owned & operated — yay!
The showroom is very nice & has plenty of beds & bed sets on display. They offer the top brands of Tempur-​pedic, Serta, & Beautyrest. Everything is organized & signage is well displayed. Christy is very friendly & knowledgeable about the mattresses & isn’t pushy on the sales pitch.
I was able to test out a Serta iComfort bed for about 30 minutes or so. Laying from side, to back, to stomach (since this is how I sleep during any given night). I didn’t feel rushed.
They offer delivery within Mooresville for $ 44.00.
While I’m still debating on spending so much money for a mattress, I can appreciate the customer service I received today.

Unlike other reviewers, I do not live close enough to visit the company’s store in Mooresville so I was shopping online.
After extensive comparison shopping online and locally, I purchased from Sweet Dreams. Their customer support is exceptional.
I dealt with Andrew, and he went the extra mile to answer questions knowing full well I might buy elsewhere. Most helpful was his guidance through the quagmire of different model names used by various retailers to frustrate comparison shoppers. He had the rosetta stone on that one.
I bought from Sweet Dreams for four reasons:
* their customer service is excellent
* they had the model I wanted
* I came to trust them
* they had the best price hands down
Delivery was white glove and fast. And the bed is fabulous – just the combination of firmness and plushness we were looking for and Andrew had described.
BTW, we bought the low-​profile foundation since we have a high poster bed. This is highly recommended since the pre-​2000 or so models of these beds were not designed for the deeper foundations and mattresses sold today.
In short: cut to the chase and buy from these folks. You’ll be happy you did, and you’ll be supporting some very good people.

We bought our mattress from a Sweet Dreams and they shipped it to us out of state. The model we wanted was not available at any of our local dealers in California, and so I found SD on the net. Their service, knowledge, and price, could not be beat.
Four years later our Simmons Beautyrest Black mattress developed a broken hogtie (metal coil) and Simmons refused to honor their warranty. Sweet Dreams came to the rescue with their excellent service and sent us a new replacement. The owner, Andrew, even gave us the option of replacing it with a different model if we so desired.
I recommend them highly and would do business with them again in a second.
