Taco Bell

This taco bell is ridiculous. Went there tonight and none of the exterior lights were on, including the menu board. The employees don’t know the menu or how to find someone who can help them plug in an order correctly. I thought I made a simple request. 2 CHICKEN crunch wrap supremes. Every time I go they put beef on it. I clarified with Ashley that I wanted chicken. She said she understood, then proceeded to ring up 2 regular beef supremes, unfortunately since the screen in the drive through wasn’t working, I didn’t know. Stupid me didn’t take apart the damn things and look. The children working there are too busy screwing around to bother with any customer service. They’re too busy screwing around to be able to listen or even hear who is speaking to them in the drive through, evident because I had to repeat my order to her 3 times over her giggling. Seriously, 2 chicken crunch wrap supremes. That was it. I normally go the 11 miles out of my way to the taco bell in Conroe because this is the case every single one of the now 5 times I’ve gone to this location. Management needs to be replaced, employees need to be held accountable for the jobs they have and every employee there needs to be retrained. The only positive thing I can say is the incorrect food they always give me, when something resembling my entire order actually makes it into my bag, is put together well with the actual ingredients. The grill personnel are the only ones capable of doing their jobs. The idiots on the registers haven’t got a clue.

Sitting in drive through on a sunday afternoon, 40 minutes so far. Tried calling answer… Helping everyone in line inside first. This is ridiculous!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Had to wait extra once for my order, but the friendliness of the staff is well above average for a fast food place.

Pack a snack its going to take awhile to get your food. And don’t look at the kitchen area if you really want to eat here.
