Best customer service at any hot topic I’ve ever been to. I usually hate going into these stores but the staff here is great.

Their stuff may be pricey, but this is a really fun store to browse around. There is always something different when I go in. Plus, I just love some of the stuff they have!
This is also one of those stores that plays their music so loud, you can’t hold a conversation without repeating and mishearing words. This store is also super cramped. Otherwise, this store is great, if you don’t mind the loud music and cramped space!
UPDATE 5÷18÷12: I found a shirt that I really like here today. It was a bit too small, so I switched it out for a large. Turns out, it was a guys shirt. And I found it in the girl’s section. People, please put stuff back where you got it. And make sure you check to see if the item you have in your hand is the item you want before you purchase it!
