Avoid this place at all costs. They are the equivalent of slum lords. I dealt with them for 10 years on the military side, they nickel and dime you constantly. They talk down the service members and their dependents. Now on the civilian side, dealing with Moores Landing, it’s awful. They still nickel and dime you. Their employees constantly stalk around the neighborhood snapping pictures of the houses. The will threaten you with legal action and eviction for having anything in your carport, even if it’s construction materials to build a fence to keep them out. The houses are constantly falling apart, and the maintenance workers are a waste of oxygen. Took 3 months for them to fix a hole in the shower wall. Now dealing with a water leak and mold, of course it is taking them weeks to even get a plan together while we are exposed to health hazards. Avoid this place at all costs, you can same time, money and heartache going anywhere else.

They will loose or never complete paperwork and then nickel and dime you over their mistakes. Unless you like figuring out problems that can be easily avoided and don’t make much sense in the first place then don’t rent from them. It’s not worth it. Not at all.

Our roof is leaking again after 2 ‘spot’ repairs.
We’ll here we are, after some beautiful weather and much needed rain… Moore’s Landing /​Pinnacle has missed the boat again! Our roof is leaking in our livingroom again, and the miss installed large picture window is also leaking, both on the hardwood floor, carpet and couch. Our neighbors’ tar and gravel roofs have been replaced with composite shingle material. Not our house! Again, the management here is reactive only, at best, proactive is a four letter word for them.
Great location, lousy infrastructure.

Moore’s Landing in Seaside: I would give it no stars if that was an option. Management sucks… the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. The place we rented is a health hazard (we are currently packing up to move out). MOLD MOLD MOLD and they do nothing about it… oh, they promise to fix it but never follow through. There is even evidence (you can see it) that they just painted over existing mold last time they painted. If you care about your health, or your family’s health, do not even consider this place.
