A friend got an invite and couldn’t make it and I took his spot. At first I didn’t feel like going because its just some dude cooking for us. I thought it was going to be awkward but it was pretty enjoyable. The Wagu Beef was really tender and flavorful that I thought was candy. Sweet… sweet… meat candy. The soup that light, but had a hint of butter scotch.
My wife can’t have red wine but Sir Phil (no idea why he called himself that) suggested this bold white for her that paired it perfectly with her dinner.
Overall, I had a great experience. I already signed up for the next wait list and so should you.

Château Le Phil has amazing food! I was on the wait list for 2 months before I got the invite. The ambiance was amazing. The food was spectacular. My favorite dish was the Wagyu beef and the Uni dishes. Liz and Phil did an amazing job in preparing and serving the food. I am very excited for their grand opening one day.

I got on the invite list to come to Château le Phil and it was amazing! There were 7 of us dining and the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed. We had a 8 course dinner and each dish was special and delicious. My favorite dish was the sea scallop with lobster and uni butter. It was super rich and decadent.
Phil and Liz did an excellent job preparing and serving every dish and I cannot wait to see what big plans they have in store!
Extra: we got to choose our own music for the night and the edm mix was pretty fun :)

You might not find dragon meat on the menu, but you’ll find pretty much anything else that flies, walks or swims! Chef Phil’s dishes are so creative, the possibilities are endless – You could taste something different every night and never have the same meal twice. And the courteous waitress named Liz spoiled us with her friendly service and bottomless wine! Loved it! I’m definitely coming back :)
